Pacific Drain was very responsive and professional. The installer, Bob Burger (NY Bobby), went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed! Highly recommend!

Randy arrived at the exact time he was scheduled and explained what we could expect in the way of time and possible expense. He completed the job faster than I thought he would and informed us what to look for in the future and how to possibly eliminate the problem. He was knowledgable, professional,and prompt. GI felt such a sense of relief knowing he was on the job. It was obvious he had a great deal of knowledge, and he didn't only address the issues I mentioned, but he added insights that corresponded to what our inspector advised for us. He was very "can do" and I don't know how to be more clear than to say, it was like he took a thousand pounds off my back, just with the work that he did, the quality of it, the timeliness of it, the follow up, and the clear communication. We are having him back to replace toilets in the near future. He not only worked very hard, but he was considerate, and he was a pleasure to have around. One day he had an assistant, I think his name was Willy - and he too, was a pleasure to have around. I am very grateful and can't say enough. Because of Donald's insights, we don't freeze or get scalded by hot water or freezing water in the shower, when someone else in the house uses a faucet or flushes the toilet. We have no more leaks dripping, we have a new larger water heater, and we just have more confidence about our plumbing in general. Thank you Donald, and Pacific Drain for helping us when we were new to the area and in a real pinch.

Daylon and Eddie called 10-minutes ahead of time to confirm they were arriving on time to meet me on site. Both are 50+ year old apartments with old sewer lines. Daylon walked me through what he saw on the video camera. One building had smaller than usual pipes and the crew had not brought the correct camera size. They returned the next day with the correct equipment at no extra charge. The crew was punctual, courtesy and thorough. Would highly recommend Pacific Drain.

I had just bought my home in Rancho del Oro, Oceanside. Unfortunately,my bad home inspector didn't catch that the home had huge bath drainage issues. When I called the first plumber that I found on Yellow Pages, the bid came up to over 20K ! I freaked out and I called the guy that my realtor immediately to know if him or his broker could recommend a good and affordable plumber. That's when Kevin Post with Pacific Drains and Plumbing came to my house. They worked five days and fixed the problem for under 3000 dollars. What a breeze! Since then, I always use them... and my friends and family do too! I even put their magnet on my home fridge.

They did not fix everything, but they fixed the specific situations as best they could. They left the area pretty clean.

Ryan came out and reviewed the situation with my wife. I followed up with a phone call to discuss the project. My wife conveyed that Ryan was extremely helpful in describing the problem and how he planned to resolve it. In my conversation with him, he was just as professional and informative. After checking with another provider, we easily settled on Pacific Drain. Ryan stated that Donald would be the plumber handling our job. If Ryan was good, Donald was even better. He arrived on time. Again, my wife was there and he described everything that would be happening. I came home mid-day, and Donald walked me through the project, and showed me the various critical elements. He described the pros and cons of the various choices that had to be made. He clearly had a wealth of expertise related to his field, which added to my level of comfort in the job being performed. When he finished, Donald left the area much better than it was when he arrived. I can't give enough compliments to this company. I will always be going to them first. Exceptional service, and outstanding work. Best contractor experience that I've ever had!

I’ve used them a couple of times. Scheduling is easy and they are very responsive and accommodating. When I have an emergency, they get here as soon as possible. The work they did fixed my issues and I’m happy with the results.

We have used Pacific Drain & Plumbing before, including the same tech (Daniel Martin), when he was with Danny Boy Plumbing. So this is our 2nd time using Pacific Drain & Plumbing, and 3rd or 4th time asking for Danny to be the tech person to come. In all times in using PD& P or Danny Boy Plumbing by Daniel Martin, all our plumbing issues regardless whether it was our tank-less water heater, plumbing in general, or even replacing garbage disposals, were done in a quick, efficient, clean, and professional manner. Highly recommended them, and ask for Daniel Martin. You'll like his personal & friendly manner. He even cleaned the bottom of the cabinet's surface "thoroughly" which had stains because some water had drip from the garbage disposal.

The company responded promptly to my telephone request for clearing a drain blockage. Eric and Aaron were prompt, courteous, quick, and effective. Excellent service.

Ryan, the plumber came out and looked at the job needed and implied it could be a longer job and quoted $250. Told him that seemed a lot of money for a relatively simple job. He immediately reduced the price to $225, but said that was a low as his boss would let him go. Figuring that was still high, I then estimated what a regular plumber, Hanna's Plumbing charges, seniors $85 hour, I then estimated that his job could be no more than 1 1/2 hour of labor, plus parts which he quoted $60 - could be nor more than $190 but offered him $210 which he quickly said YES to. He was finished in 20 minutes, which means that he charged $150 for a 20 minute job. I asked him for an detailed invoice in which he then wrote parts of $70 not the $60 he quoted 20 minutes earlier. Even during his repair and after he kept looking at his phone for the next job he was going to and even told us how big that job was going to be. When I questioned him why so much for the labor, even at an hourly rate of $150 which is high, he said that they charge per job and not the time involved - that they have a lot of trucks that they have to pay for. I paid him and contacted the supervisor Darren, who stated that they charge by the job and that's it. Buyers beware of companies who give "free" estimate. The plumber, in this case, came out, gave a very high price making it sound like a big job and if you question the high price, they do not hesitate to drop it to make it look as though one is getting a good deal if you do it right now. This may be not a large amount of money, but on percentage basis, I figure that I overpaid by more than 30%. From now on, I will use Hanna's Pluming again and never fall for a "FREE QUOTE" ploy again.

My kitchen sink drain gets clogged periodically, They came in and snaked it out from the roof vent. The arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly.

He was friendly, courteous and professional in every way. He quickly removed the blockage and cleaned most of the filth from the tub. His fee was very reasonable. I would rehire him in an instant.

I had a sewer break under a big brick patio in the front of my house and what appeared to be an unrelated water issue at the back of my house. I didn't know what was causing the later problem, but knew I had to fix the sewer pipe that had disintegrated. I had 3 of the top rated Angie?s list trenchless companies come out to give me a bid and two traditional plumbers. Mainly because I didn?t know the best method to go or if trenchless would even work. I decided to go with my cousin who is a traditional plumber so I could kill two birds with one stone. Get an all new sewer line and run a new French drain to address the back of the house. However of all the companies who came out, I would have easily picked Casey to do the work. This is why: - He was knowledgeable, he clearly knew his stuff - He didn?t make me feel stupid for asking questions about things I didn?t know about - He was prompt and had excellent follow up - His bid was fair (not cheap and not too expensive) - He didn?t give me the hard sell I have already referred him to others I know and I?ll use him in the future for needed work.

Kevin, the owner, set my appointment up with one of his crew members by the name of Willy. I can't begin to say enough. Willy was early to arrive and had a smile on his face. It was important to him that I was completely satisfied with his work and I have to say he went out of his way to do so. What really caught me off guard, is that after Willy finished his work, he went back to his truck and grabbed clean rags and cleaning solution and wiped down the appliance he was working on. Arrived earlier than expected only by 10 minutes, I was happy about that and he did call first. Ryan the service technician was polite and very helpful. Also volunteered information on our hot water pump circulater which was helpful. I. would absolutely have no qualms in giving these guys a recommendation.

Even though bad news (will have to either take out tub or jack-hammer out cement slab in kitchen to replace tub pipe), the entire experience with Pacific was great. Scheduling was polite, professional, gave me a quote for drain clearing. After-hours answering service. Drain guy Randy was on time and extremely efficient and experienced. He explained the tub pipe situation clearly and presented probable options. Will f/u with plumber.

Ed did an awesome job and has fantastic customer service skills. I told him that I had another plumbing company come out two weeks earlier for the same issue. The technician did not listen to my concerns or look any further than my shower stall and didn't fix my problem (charged me $152). Ed listened to me and ran water in my bathrooms and kitchen and the drains immediately backed up. He cleaned the lines and checked them afterwards to make sure they were clear. He was very thorough and efficient. The price was reasonable and II will definitely call Pacific Drain again.

I needed to have my taps replaced in order to have my washer repaired. Jerold was great. He came that very day, was professional, helpful and resolved my issue. I would definitely use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Aaron and his guys are the best! I bought a house that had been severely neglected for over 20 years. Main drain line was completely clogged and I feared the whole line needed to be replaced or at least lined. The Pacific Drain guys inspected, snaked, and power-sprayed the whole line and said the problem was just all the old gunk; that root intrusion was fairly minimal and the line itself looked fine. There was no sewer cleanout so they installed one at the sidewalk. Aaron cleared every drain in the house and replaced a couple of under-the-sink parts that he noticed needed replacing. And all the guys were a pleasure to work with - as a woman I always appreciate when guys who have been in a trade for a long time actually communicate with me instead of assuming I can't understand what they're talking about. I absolutely recommend Pacific Drain for drain service!!

Danny is the best!! He was super-friendly and easy to work with and he did a top-quality job. I had purchased a couple of the new fixtures I wanted installed, but for the rest I just gave him guidelines and he chose exactly what I would have. He was very respectful of my home, leaving each area at least as clean as he found it, and he even cleaned up some tar the roofers tracked inside. I chose Pacific because I had been so happy with the work the guys on the drain side of their business did, and I was not disappointed!
