Troy and Vu were very professional and personable. I think they looked at every pipe and every system in the house. Replaced a "flapper" in one of the toilets. Unfortunately (and predictably) the pipes stopped making the noises while they were here so they were unable to diagnose that problem. Since they didn't solve the problem they didn't charge us anything even though they were here for about 40 minutes. We appreciate their effort and will call again if a new problem pops up!

Great! We left a message Sunday evening, received a call back around 7:45 am Monday, and a plumber was at the house Monday afternoon. Steven was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast.

Called Sunday morning, repairman (Troy) was at the house by 1pm. Friendly service, quick work.

It was excellent. They were extremely professional and did things in a much more convenient way than another provider we had contacted. Vu was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly.

Again, they did a great job. The tech (Eddie) explained every little detail of what he was doing (important) and worked tirelessly to get the job done well.

I Had a leak in the ceiling for 12 days. Was dealing with a home warranty insurance company and their plumber. Terrible service. Had to shut the water off for the last week with 5 people living in the house. Finally, had enough, started calling plumbers at 5 am yesterday. Dustin m. Called me right back and said they would have someone out that day. I had called 5 plumbers, and Pacific were the first to respond. I had an appointment booked at 11am, Isaiah was there at 10:30am. He was polite, knowledge, and fixed the leak in short order. Even cleaned up part of the mess left by the other plumber. Dustin m. Did a follow up call as well. Very happy with the service. And happy to have the water back on.

It was time to have maintenance done on the water heater. Steven arrived on time. He performed the maintenance checklist including draining the water heater . The anode rod inside the tank was corroded so he replaced that. Steven is professional and a really nice guy. I appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge. He took the time to answer several questions that I had about plumbing in the rest of the house. I recommend Pacific Drain & Plumbing.

We called at 8AM, the customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and she understood that we were in crisis mode on a limited budget. She explained different options without "pushing" or "hard selling." She set up an appointment for the same day. At 9AM Ed arrived, what a great attitude and friendly person. Ed took care of our clogged sewer pipe, scoped it with a camera and went back to remove as many of the roots that invaded our pipes as possible. It was a great experience, the price was fair and we will call them again if the need should arise!

This was done about 8:30 PM on 11/24. Nothing like a stopped up kitchen drain just before Thanksgiving. Aaron showed up earlier than predicted - was completely professional and helpful particularly explaining what needed to be done. He used the proper tools to see that the drain and pipes were cleaned out PROPERLY - no shortcuts. If Aaron is representative of the work this company does, then I would use them again. Note, another plumber that I had used previously recommended them also. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

The repair person was running well ahead of scheduled and called and nicely asked if it would be okay if he could come early, which was fine by us. The guy, who curiously goes by the name of New York Bobby (I believe his name is Bob Burger) was polite, professional and did good work. He carefully explained what he was doing and worked quickly without making a mess in our kitchen. He did such a good job, I also had him fix a toilet that was broken in our master bathroom. The guy knew his stuff and I highly recommend him. Pacific Drain & Plumbing quoted me a higher price (about $15) than the other two companies we contacted but, since they were able to make their price firm (the other two companies weren't willing to commit to their price until they looked at the installation), I went with them. I was going to give Pacific D&P a "B" for their prices, but the repair person gave me such a great discount on the toilet repair, I game them an "A". They appear to be a very good company and, if you get NY Bobby, even better.

After having no luck with several other drain services, Pacific Drain called me back within a short time of my call to them. Randy arrived within about a half hour and had the work done in less than an hour. He was most pleasant and professional and I would certainly use them again. There was a difference between what the office person quoted as a base fee and what I was charged, but I was so happy to have the drain open that I forgot to ask him about it. All in all, it was a satisfactory outcome to an icky, smelly problem!

Travis and Eddy were great. They cleared the clog right away and then they went after all the roots. I found out with the help of their camera that I have more french drains in my yard than I thought. They suggested putting in clean outs and where they should go, since their hydro jet can't make a 90 degree turn and be effective. We also found a wooden stake that had been driven right through the pipe, probably from a concrete form years ago. They were done in under 2 hours and even scooped out all the debris that had fallen into the sump pump well.

Ed was very pleasant, very detailed and looked at everything to access the problem. He took care of the problem very quickly and when I asked him to look at my kitchen drain, he did not hesitate. I have used a lot of plumbers and even received estimates from some that were outrageous. This is definitely the best service and the best price. Will definitely call them in the future.

I hate to write this review because then my favorite plumber will become so popular I may never see him again!!!! It took me years to find him! Okay, so Danny works for Pacific Drain and Plumbing. He did work at our house and I can't remember if I left a review or not. But I found his name from the reviews on Angie's List. He is FABULOUS. Our rental had a toilet downstairs that was running constantly. The tenant had shut the water off at that toilet. I made an appointment with Danny. Danny called me half an hour before he was to arrive to say good morning (nice guy!) and how was my day going so far, and that he was 30 minutes away. He texted me 15 minutes later to say he would be late because of an accident on the freeway. He showed up as personable and in such a good mood as always. I told him the problem and he looked at the toilet, and then I showed him all of the toilets in the house, since I did not buy it new and did not know if work had been done on any of the others. The house was built in 1995 and we learned that the toilet downstairs had all of the original parts (track home) and a toilet upstairs had had parts replaced. He checked the water pressure for the whole house and said it was good. He told me I had three options: 1) replace one part of the toilet and hope that the other parts would work for a while, 2) rebuild all of the parts inside of the toilet or 3) put in a new toilet. I said WWDBD? (What Would Danny Boy Do if he were me?) He said he would rebuild the parts inside because then the toilet would work just fine, even though it's not the greatest toilet in the world (cheap track home toilet). He said if he rebuilt just part of it, I might be calling him again to replace the other parts. So we picked door number 2. I like that he gave me options, but told me what he would do if he were me. So he didn't try to upsell me. I trust him completely and believe he is very honest. He did the work in a flash. I heard him moaning and groaning and he said he had trouble getting some of the bolts out that were rusted. I think some people couldn't have done that--he's a big strong guy and I think he could have done the work with his bare teeth. He thanked me, shook my hand, all bills were done electronically and when I arrived home, there was an email with the receipt. LOVE IT!!! )

Darren provided incredible customer service, high quality work, and a stress-free experience. He was nothing short of awesome. There was one hiccup when I had ordered faucets without popups, but he cheerfully came back when the arrived and didn't charge me extra for my slip up. At the time I promised myself to write a review - and I RARELY write reviews. But here I am many months later trying to recall the details. What does stick in my mind was how nice it was to work with someone who truly believes their customers deserve the best they can provide. Highly recommended. In fact, they were the first company I contacted to do some work on a remodel in my new home!

Jerold of Pacific Drain & Plumbing installed new toilets for our home and did such a good job we requested him when we needed another plumbing repair. He replaced the pressure regulator on our water line and replaced an old crusty gate valve with a new ball shutoff valve. The regulator and valve were in a hard to access spot, under a low porch. Jerold stayed cheerful even though it was literally a dirty job:-) Pacific Drain & Plumbing's bids were less than other licensed plumbers and their reviews are top-notch - they deserve them. UPDATE Jan 12, 2016: Troy of Pacific Drain & Plumbing replaced a leaky anglestop in our utility room. He did a good job in short amount of time. Cost was $205.

It went very well. Dustin was able to complete everything and everything now works.

Have used Pacific Drain before for tree roots drain clearing. Went so well I called them again when an old toilet was finally ready to replace. Little difference in the cost of redoing all the inner workings and still having the potential for leaking and it was a 5-gallon old style flush vs. time to get a new efficient low-water toilet. They sent "New York Bobby" and I can say it was a pleasure to have him do the work. He was on time, told me my options (the old toilet had to be 25 years old . . .) and when I said yes to a new toilet he removed the old one (used a shop vac to get all the water out so absolutely no mess as he carried it out the door), returned from his supplier with a lovely new TOTO brand toilet, did a complete installation with leveling shims and sealant around the bottom of the new toilet. Here it is two days later and I am completely pleased.

Troy wasn't able to fix the leak by himself, so he got another plumber from his company to help. Dustin and Troy came out the next day and did great work. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Took them about 45 minutes as they were very thorough in what they did. I would recommend them for anyone. The technicians were Daylon and Travis. Excellent service.

Dustin worked very hard and did a great job and we have a brand new water heater. We liked him so much that we fed him pizza and sent him home with money for dinner. We need more people like Dustin out there delivering on quality!
