Description of Work: Guts of toilet were old and not flushing well. Provider came out and changed the guts. We wanted him to change the flush handle as well but he said it was not broken and did not need to be changed. Two months later that handle broke. We had to call Pacific Drain again to have the handle replaced. That charge was $85.00. I was not happy because I thought the serviceman should have changed it when the guts were replaced. I wrote a letter to Pacific Drain explaining the situation. Pacific Drain was more than willing to make things "right" by splitting the charge with me. I paid $40.00 and they picked up the remainder.

 + 0 moreThe rep came, let us know the problem and provided an estimate within 3 hours. At 7a the next morning, the crew arrived. They were congenial, courteous and clearly very competent. Their supervisor visited several times, and actually did the drain installation. Other team members came by as the supervisor felt they were needed to camera and clear the drain. Once the job was complete, they replaced the portion of our concrete patio they had removed, as well as the gaping hole left by the provider of the botched job the week before. This crew worked as a team and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
Description of Work: A week ago, another provider supposedly cleared our drain. It reoccluded and we called Pacific. They promptly came, provided a fair estimate(less than half what we paid last week for the same job) and cleared the drain, installed access sites, replaced the concrete patio area that they had to remove to get to the pipe, cleaned up after themselves...all in less than 7 hours.Wish we'd called them in the first place.

 + -1 moreGood, fast, professional. A tip: Randy said if anyone tells you they need to come out and do an estimate for a clogged drain, they are estimating how much they think they can get you to pay. They should be able to tell you over the phone what it will cost.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ABLE TO UNCLOG A DRAIN FOR ONLY $80, WHEN A DIFFERENT COMPANY TOLD US THEY WOULD HAVE TO DIG UP AND INSTALL A NEW LINE WHICH STARTED AT $300. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND SAVED US MONEY. THE GUY WAS VERY PLEASANT, HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT, AND HE GAVE US A 30 DAY GUARANTEE.
