Workmen were very professional and showed up on time. Replaced broken 60-year old sewer line from house to road. It took two days. Both days they cleaned up the work site and left no garbage around. They worked hard and finished about 5 hours into the second day. Then they cleaned the area. Looked no one had been there afterwards. The price was less than other vendors had quoted and they did a GREAT job.

In one word; Fantastic!! I couldn?t have asked for better service and a quicker response. I had my kitchen sink clogged and the wash warm sink wasn?t draining properly. I had both drains snacked. Moreover, the sink clog was temporarily fixed and later backed up again when we did dishes after dinner. I assumed the "blockage" we pulled out wasn?t the only clog I had. So first thing in the morning I called them back and explained my case. Without delay the gentleman was back at my house and snacked the line further. No charge, no complaints. Everything is working as it should now. My hats off to the quality of work and customer satisfaction they offered. I would use their service again if needed.

Arrived same day and time as agreed. Cleared drain, but the next day the drain sill was slow. Came right back and removed a price of plastic.

My kitchen sink backed up Friday night. I called Saturday morning at 8:45 and Randy called me back around 9:30 and was at my house about 10:30. He came in and I told him what happened, he knew right away it wasn't the main line. He went up on the roof and snaked out the drain, now everything is working perfectly. I was very happy with how quickly they got back to me and had the problem fixed, I expected, that being a Saturday, it would take a lot longer. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again.

They showed up about when they said. Cleaning the drain took about 30 minutes. Left no mess to clean up after. Considering it would take me 30 minutes each way to rent a snake from Home Depot, 30 minutes each way to return plus one hour for me to do ti. It was money well spent. I plan to use them again to replace my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet after I get finished paying for the holidays.

e problem was a clogged sink drain. I am fairly familiar with plumbing problems - home owner and property manager since 1974 (38+ years). I made serious attempts to fix this problem with no success before calling a plumber. I called an Angies List plumber (Integrity Plumbing) and after explaining the problem, I was referred to Pacific Drain (first hint that they were good). I called them and got an immediate appointment (between 11AM and 1PM that day). The company man (Nick) arrived at 11:10. He was clean, personable, professional and knowledgeable. After fixing the identified problem and answering several questions on other plumbing issues, he left. Shortly after that I discovered an unrelated problem possibly involving a clog in the main drain. I called him and he returned, checked out the problem and cleared the main drain. He decided to include that service with the original problem and did not charge any more (which would have been reasonable). After 38 years of property management, this is the best experience with a plumbing company I have ever had. Obviously, I can not recommend Pacific Drain highly enough.

We called Pacific Drain on a Sunday of a holiday weekend as soon as we discovered that our main line was clogged and the toilets were backing up into the downstairs shower. A service technician, Alex, arrived in 30 minutes. He ran a cable through the system, found and cleared the clog, then ran plenty of water through the system to insure it was functioning correctly. He was efficient, professional and thorough. We plan to bring him back at a later date to run a camera through the line to check for other potential problems, and we will recommend Pacific Drain to our neighbors and colleagues for their exceptional, prompt, courteous service.

Just fine. They were very quick and worked really hard to fix the issue. The only complaint is that they broke one of the drain tops and I fixed it. Not a big issue. They're machine did great job.

These folks were so good I asked for more refrigerator magnets to give to my neighbors. In years past, I was in the trades so I understand AND expect the basics like courtesy, punctuality and fair pricing. They were all that. Randy was polite, engaging and got the job done. Our kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday morning at the worst time for us and Brent was out within an hour of my call and cleared the drain quickly of what must have been years of black sludge. Brent was very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast! With reasonable rates and great service we recommend them and will use them again.

I called 2/29 AM and requested to schedule service 3/1. They scheduled me for first thing in the morning. Randy called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, I explained I had a clogged kitchen drain, the trap was clear and the main line was clear. I showed him where the cleanout is, and he immediately knew what was required. He snaked out the drain and tested it. 15 minutes later I had a working kitchen drain and I was very happy. Randy made a point to test it now so he wouldn't need to come back, but he said there is a 30 day guarantee.

I called Pacific Drain, and they said a technician would be calling me back to confirm availability. Aron called back within the hour, and confirmed he could come over within 20 minutes. Wow - great! When he arrived (on time) he was very professional, and was excellent at explaining his observations in detail. I have 2 bathrooms in the house, and had thought since they were both having problems flushing that we should have the drains cleared out. Turns out he walked me through why the 35-year-old toilet needed to be replaced, and the 4-year old low-flow toilet needed to have it's parts replaced. I had already had a plumber and a handyman come out to give me advice, and Aron was head and shoulders more knowledgeable about the situation, the toilet features, etc than either of them. PLUS he didn't even charge me for the time he spent to assess the problem and walk me through his assessment. I am now a huge fan and even sent an email to my friends with his info in case anyone was looking for a drain company in the future. Thanks Aron!

I spent $120 on that work. It went fine overall. They came out and were here relatively quickly and the person who was working here was very polite and good at what he was doing. They charged what they quoted.

Wait, a service provider telling me to not waste my money unless the problem gets significantly worse? Is that possible? The perfect opportunity to try to sell an expensive product or service brushed aside because the tech doesn't think it is necessary? I didn't think there were honest people like that any more... I could not have asked for a more positive experience. Randy was efficient, knowledgable, and got the job done in less time than I had expected. Price was on the low end of the quote range I was given when I called, and was very reasonable based on other quotes I had been given. I have no qualms about recommending them.

The story I just told in the prior question. Randy was professional and his prices were reasonable too. From the beginning, I had a clogged kitchen sink. He returned my call quickly and was at my house within minutes with a better price than the other plumbing business that I had scheduled for the nest morning. I feel like I got great customer sevice and a fair price for the services that Randy performed. I will diffantly call him again!

Was able to come promptly on short notice. Did the job professionally and provided a written explanation of why the drain had clogged.

I always call them to have Randy come out to clear drains when clogged. They are so reasonable and he is always prompt and super quick and helpful. We've had them out probably 3 or 4 times over the last few years.
