Description of Work: They cleaned out a troublesome kitchen drain from both the roof and through the trap, which was where the real problem was... This whole neighborhood has been using Pacific Drain since before I moved here over 35 years ago. They've always been both the lowest cost and best when it comes to drain cleaning, they're good guys.

Description of Work: Water heater was leaking and he installed a new hose. He resolved it in a very short time which we appreciated since we were on our way to go somewhere when we discovered the problem. Since it was a wk.end and an emergency call I assume that the price was a little higher than their usual hourly rate.I would use their services again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Our plumber who we use for most of the work is a single man show. We had a drain issue and Justin told us he was too backed up to help out and these were the go to guys to get it done quickly and at a fair price. He was right. These guys were on top of it and were fairly priced. Definitely a number to keep on hand when plumbing and drain services are needed.

Description of Work: Ran a snake down the kitchen drain and unclogged it. They were prompt - did a good job. Thought it was a little pricey, but not real familiar with charges like this.

Description of Work: Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable. What more could you want!!! I live in a 1950's home that has been expanded. We can be sure to have at least one drain clog once a year. We had been using Bill Howe but they stopped servicing our area. We had used Bill Howe twice in the last 3 years and they charge over twice what Pacific Drain charges for the same service. Note: I had originally called another Angie's list plumber in Carlsbad but I informed them that I may need a auger longer than 75 feet. They didn't have the equipment so they referred me to Pacific Drain. Wow, it really pays to be an Angie's list customer. A big thank you to Nick at Pacific Drain, great job!
