+ -1 moreSee above. Although the flower bed was tilled, there were a lot of turf roots still left and the bed will still need a good deal of work before it is ready to be planted. Otherwise, they did a good job installing the edging and hauling the old growth away.
Description of Work: I had Sergio and his crew come out and dig up some turf in my front yard and establish a flower bed, tilling up the soil and installing plastic edging around the bed. They also hauled away some old growth flower bed stuff that my husband and I had removed from the weekend before. They showed up right on time and went right to work. They also sprayed around the outside of the flower bed toward the street with some plant killer. They worked steadily until finished. It is a very small front yard, so I think they were a bit pricey, but in general they did what they said they would do and right on time. I would use them again but would get a written quote instead of a verbal quote before the job next time to avoid miscommunication regarding pricing and cost of materials.

+ -1 moreCame out with in two hours and completed the work. Did and excellent job and would rehire.
Description of Work: Had a leaking sprinkler head and a leaking valve. I had to shut off the water to the house to stop the leak. Came out and replaced the valve and the sprinkler head.

+ 0 moreThe crew arrived on the promised date at my rental property. I came by to check on the progress of the work, and they were farther along than I expected. There were four crewmen on the job, all working hard. I was very pleased with the way they weeded by hand and got the weeds from the roots by over-turning the soil so they don't sprout back up the following week. The place looked great when they were finished.
Description of Work: They repaired irrigation systems, including replacing valves, weeding a large area (by hand, not weed-whacker or weed killer), trimming bushes and trees, general cleanup of trash, etc.
