Saul and his crew painted the exterior of my two-story house. The house needed painting badly so there was a lot of prep work involved. They actually started work a few days early and Saul and/or his crew members arrived daily and worked diligently. The house looks great and I'm very satisfied with both his work ethic, finished product and the great price.

The painting job went very well. I am happy with the service. Saul finished on time as promised. I like the way Saul was doing. He did clean-up everyday and not leave the mess until next day. His price is fair, not the cheapest. I have 3 quotes from 3 different companies. The quotes were in hundreds different and I decided to go with Ortiz painting because I thought I can trust Saul. I am glad I made the right decision to hire Ortiz painting. I would recommend this company for painting both interior and exterior.

Worst experience of my life! Beware, this company and its owner Sal Ortiz are conmen!!! We had been quoted $8,000 for our home in Ranch Santa Fe... We had given him over 3 weeks for our initial start date. On our official start date he came with “I know we stated 2 weeks but I might need an additional week just to make sure everything is perfect”. We approved and moved forward with good faith. First week, a total of 40 hours, 2nd week the same, now came the 3rd week a total of 80 hours!!! At this point we are at the date of completion and no more than 40% of the house has been completed. We contacted Sal Ortiz and his response was the same as previous weeks” I appreciate your patience we will get this done”. Done?!? We have been at this for over 3 weeks and are not even close to completion! We then decided to hire another company to complete this job so that we can finally move into our house that we had been out of for over a month! At this point we have spent over $11,000 for a job we had been quoted $8,000 for. We have paid Sal and Ortiz quality painting over 4,000 and not only did he abandoned the job he is trying to get paid the full balance!!! STAY AWAY BOGUS COMPANY!!!

Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Price was fair for the labor involved. My only (minor) complaint was the clean-up. They were pushing to finish the job, so the clean-up was rushed and not as thorough as I might have liked. That said, they came out on a Saturday morning to finish the project, and I am happy with the results.

Saul and his team were excellent. They showed up on time and worked late, and their prep work was amazing. Our house is over 4500 square feet, and we had the whole interior painted. He finished on time, and there were no surprises in terms of cost. Everything was agreed to up front. We have hired a lot of contractors over the years, and this crew was among the best. We will absolutely be using them again!!!

Saul arrived early and did the job himself. It looks great. He masked the concrete in front of the whole fence before starting so no cleanup was required. He was pleasant and professional.

Saul and his crew were excellent! It was a big job with the interior and exterior needing to be painted. They were professional and very easy to work with. They did an excellent job for a very good price. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

I have hired Saul Ortiz many times to paint the interior of my homes. He is always friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. On top of that, the quality of his painting is top notch. I always know I'll get perfect edging and a beautifully painted room!

Saul gave us a fantastic price and provided excellent results. He was very patient as we decided on colors and then awaited HOA approval for them. We were very grateful that he even could squeeze in our interior work for the next day. The work included cleaning, surface preparation, a little stucco patching, caulking/sealing, plus the painting itself. I was surprised at how quickly the work was completed, given their attention to detail. Overall: great service, great price and excellent results. What could be better?

Saul and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. Saul is very detail oriented. He checked with me frequently throughout the week to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was being performed. Saul and his team were punctual and professional. I will definitely be using Saul for future painting projects.

Saul was a delight to deal with. He was not the absolute lowest price bid but I was very impressed with his professionalism. Always on time. Has excellent knowledge of the process. Workers were polite and cleaned up every day. Quality was perfect. This was a 5 day job with 3-4 guys per day so we had lots of time to see his work. You will not go wrong with this guy.

Saul was fantastic. He was very professional and came quickly to estimate the job of painting the interior of my four bedroom house. He sent me the estimate that evening as well as the schedule. When I confirmed that I wanted to go with him as a painting service, he quickly wrote up a simple contract and confirmed the details of it as well as gave me advice on the type of paint to use to get his contractor discount. They started work only a few days later and did a fantastic job. The corners were sharp and the color was clear and vibrant. The baseboards were painted perfectly. Saul removed all the wall and window fixtures that needed to be removed so that the whole wall could be painted. I would recommend Saul to anyone who wanted to have interior painting done!

It went well. There were quite a few repairs that needed to be done and I need ed a lot of help moving furniture, etc. Saul took care of everything.

Saul did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was very impressive. He observed and pointed out little things that I don't think I would have even seen, but he wanted to get it perfect. And he did. We are very pleased with his work. During the time he was here he was very pleasant to be with. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would and finished and cleaned up when he said he would. Excellent!

Saul and his team are hard working professionals. They did a beautiful job. Upon completion I checked for areas that had been missed. None were found. In the future I will definitely have Saul back to do the upstairs.

Overall, Saul was great to work with. He was very professional. We were very pleased with the quality of the painting that was done. Specifically, we had an area with low-profile carpet and Saul did a great job tackling that challenge. He did the job in a timely manner and was always on-site leading his crew and making sure that we were pleased.

Saul is the man. Sizeable job on a 50 year old home and he finished early. Priced right and his crew was awesome. Wont hesitate to use Saul again...
