Call company and got an over the phone quote (much appreciated) and setup an appointment for the next day from 10:30 to 11:30. After not hearing from them by noon I called and they said they were having delays on earlier jobs and would be by between 3 and 4 PM (never showed). At 4:15 they called to try and come by but I had to leave for a 5PM appointment - but asked the plumber to setup an appointment for the next day (never did). I called the office three times the next day to setup an appointment but they did not pickup and never called back. Very bad form, you can do a lot better.

First and most impressive to my wife and myself, Glenn himself showed up, as his guys were booked solid. There was no up-selling, his price was really all inclusive. (I have been burned by the extras many times on my apartments in the past) He installed a BradfordWhite heater, New Ball-valve, New Water Supply Lines, New Gas C*** and Gas Supply Line, added a Pan and Water Heater Straps (I did not have those) He also performed a free plumbing, a/c, electrical inspection for me, and emailed me a report while on-site with photos. I have managed properties for many years, and I can tell you a job is determined by the Scope of work, and the quality of that work. Anyone can give you a cheaper price by giving you an inferior scope, Jone's water heater install cut no corners, and the work was beautiful. John and Debbie

It went real good. They had to go in a couple of times because it was plugged in more than one spot. He had cleared one area and found another downstream. For $60 it was a good deal. He did this to the kitchen sink. They were on time. They said they'd be here between 2-4 and they showed up at 3. Everything worked out real good.

i started calling around after my attempts with plunger and awl did not work. mostly got voicemails, but Glenn ( i think that is his first name) Jones answered and said he was finishing up a job and could stop by on his way to the next. He was punctual, his truck and person clean and professional. Stated up front that it would be 60.00 if he could unclog it with awl, otherwise it was free. He got it flushing in 5 minutes and brought bucket and towel in with him to keep everything clean in my home. I will use Jones Plumbing again. and i love that he is a privately owned company and in my area.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it was great. They had the part, came, did it and when they were done the problem was solved. It was perfect. My interaction with them was good.

We spoke via phone and email. Right away, they let me know that they did not service my area. I reached out to them. I can’t say I can recommend them, but I didn't have a negative experience with them.

Job ended up being a little more difficult than anticipated. The first person came out and found the sleeve could not be pulled off. The owner than came out and determined that the sleeve was frozen (and it was an older style) and would need to be cut off and a new section of pipe installed. He was very felexible and got his guys to come in the next day to make the repairs. He quoted me for the job which was reasonable. I then asked about our other shower, and he looked at it, same problem. So he provided me with a great discount since we decided to do both. I have been using Jones Plumbing since the early 90's. I don't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Excellent, professional service! No mess, no fuss. We've also had Jones do other work and have been very pleased with them.

Went above and beyond to fix 2 leaky faucets for Angie's list special deal. Also was able to tell me why no practical solution existed for my slow washing machine drain, thus saving me the money of trying things that wouldn't work out any better than simply having a drain that is a bit slow. Trust them completely.

Service was superb and prompt. The water heater was installed the next day after I requested the installation. I had to special order the sink, due to nonstandard size of kitchen counter. Once I got the sink, the installation was completed the next day. Service was professional and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Fees for the service was very reasonable. I will use Jones Plumbing Service anytime I need plumbing done in my house.

From the start Glenn was professional and involved. He gave me an estimate to replace the existing furnace and add air conditioning when he came to inspect the thermostat and system for me when I was purchasing my new home. He stopped by daily to check that I was happy with the job and came back after the installation to give me 3 furnace filters and to confirm that everything was okay. Cliff, the main installer was amazing. Initially Glenn and Cliff planned to run lines from the HVAC system through some closets to the outside for the A/C unit which would be near the front door. I expressed concern that it would be unsightly there. The next thing I knew they had figured out how to place it on my roof instead. Now you not only can't see it near the front door, you can't see it at all given the configuration of my roof, not even from the street. It functions very well. I highly recommend Glenn and his crew.

I like that it is a small company and you work directly with the principles which is good. They are very responsive and reasonably prices. We felt confident with their level of expertise the project has just started but so far so good and we will continue to use them at this time.

I have been using him for a couple of years. I like him. He seems to do a good work in fair prices. The thing I liked about him the most was initially when I first used him many many years ago was that they would give you a quote for the job for coming out, for example if I want them to check a faucet or whatever you will tell them they will tell you what it will cost and not a lot of plumbers do that. Their prices are fair.

The experience was very good. They're friendly people and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing. It's a family business. We will probably use them in the future.

Repair was not complited. Terrible customer service. Overcharge for the work was not requested.
