I hired John to do the framing phase for my kitchen expansion/open floor concept. I was the owner/builder and needed someone who was patient, thorough and conscious of the the time needed in meeting my schedule. John prove to be a good fit. First, by showing up for the initial visit on time. He took the time needed to review the plan from the city. He listened to me explain what I wanted and answered my concerns. We reached an agreement and he started as scheduled. The framing involved 3 load bearing walls. Only 2 of which were in the architect/engineer's drawing. John discovered an 11-foot load bearing beam missing from their drawing. I thank John many times for discovering that major mistake. John was patient in working through this with me. John fulfilled our contract with his quote and completion time. He deserves 10 STARS for his attention to details, customer satisfaction efforts and overall business approach to my project.

John was awesome. He came early and stayed late and was very easy to work with. He was very precessional. We will always use his services. So lucky to have found him!

We hired John to put up two ceiling fans. He was great....on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He quoted a bid for the job and that's exactly what he charged. He even returned later in the day when called about a question we had about the remote controls. We would definitely hire him for our next home project.

John is a great worker. He shows up on time, emails me back as soon as I email him. Takes pride in his work. I have used his services twice in which time he has fixed many items around my house. I will continue to use John as my contractor in the future.
