We needed the stucco repair work done quickly so as not to hold up the installation of the pavers that were replacing the removed concrete. Jose was able to come by the same day to view the damage and provide an estimate. He then submitted us a written quote with a detail drawing of how he would do the repairs - very professional, showing the materials to be used and how they would be installed. Jose was able to reschedule some other work and came with his materials the following morning. He took out the rotted portions of the stucco, added some new 2x4 support beams, installed double layer waterproofing materials as backing, put a new metal screed along the entire wall and then nailed the wire mesh in place. After that, he mixed the stucco and installed it with the same look and texture as the existing stucco. He did just as he said he would do and as was shown in his diagram. And he completed it all in about half a day. We were so pleased to have the work done so professionally. We were concerned that a quick repair might mean a sloppy job that would fall apart later, but the thorough and quality work that Jose did will likely last for many many years. We were completely satisfied with the work performed, and will likely use Jose for some other house improvement projects now that we know his skills and professionalism.
