+ -1 moreI called and received an appointment immediately. Tony came and carefully inspected my home to see where the rodents were getting in. He gave me specific information on how to rodent proof my home (including cutting vegetation) and gave me a bid to take care of the problem once the home was rodent proofed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use this company for all of my pest extermination.
Description of Work: Showed me how the rats or mice are getting into my house and provided a reasonable cost for the services.

Description of Work: We use this provider on a monthly basis for maintenance of critters, spiders, ants, etc. They are also quite responsive to any "emergency" situations that we have had over the years, including bees moving into our house.

+ -1 moreThis was the only company that had a solution for my situation. I have a very large fish tank that I can'T move of empty. All the other companies I contacted said they couldn't do the job. This company htold me all I had to do was put an air pump for the tank outside the tent. It was easy. I went out and purchased some really long air tubes and everything was fine. And I don't have any more termites!

Frank at IRS was very helpful, I followed him around in the attic where he explained the characteristics of termites and evidence of their presence.The fumigation by S D Fume works went to plan.One week later Frank returned to carry out the repairs by plugging the termite holes with filler. He explained that if less than 30% of the wood is damaged there is no need to replace it.It took more than two weeks after this for S D Fume Works to replace the broken tiles.The two men who replaced the tiles were friendly and showed me how they remove and replace tiles (they were all nailed in place).Unfortunately the information given to them indicated less broken tiles than the actual number. I located more broken tiles than they were aware of. Some broken tiles would have been missed if I was not closely involved.The work was performed to my satisfaction, but only with my close involvement. My recommendations: Be present just prior to tenting and agree on the count of broken tiles before tenting begins. The insurance does not cover previous damage.Check the roof before approving the repairs. Buy the insurance as the damage could easily exceed the cost of insurance (especially with flat light weight tiles on large roofs). I would prefer to work with just one party.
