I called the expert team of hometown restoration to replace my old roof as the rainy season was coming, and I wanted to avoid those leakages on my roof. Irritating! But searching for the ideal team to repair my roof was more than annoying. My friend recently took the service of hometown restoration to fix their roof issues and got a fantastic output. So, I decided to call their experts and speak about all the problems I was facing. Firstly, they inspected the roof condition and then suggested to us the most efficient and reliable solution. It was a good suggestion, and we received a high-quality shingle. If we needed roofing again on our house, I would call them! Truly a great experience to work with them!

I was not at home for about three weeks, and after returning, I found a drainage problem in my kitchen. I was quite anxious because this was my first time dealing with clogged sinks. I got a suggestion from my close friend, and according to their recommendation, I called for a hometown restoration in need of a plumber for the next day. A great technician came on the next day at the right time and started working with diligence. He was the friendliest, funniest, and the most hardworking guy I've ever met when looking for house repair services. He encountered difficulties with the pipes at first and was eventually able to remove the blockage. He also stopped for a while after repairing the issue to ensure that the dishwasher and waste disposal worked better. Cheaper price than the other plumbing companies, so highly recommended!

Hometown Restoration did an excellent job repairing a leak caused by our adjacent neighbour. They used a dehumidifier to dry out the wood before removing and sanitizing a section of the rock sheet. They also had a hygienist test for asbestos even though our building had been rebuilt. I am quite grateful to the technicians of Hometown Restoration for their efforts. They followed the COVID guideline and made us feel 100% safe during the cleanup process. I would hire them again if I needed to fix water damage issues in the future. They also felt considerate about removing all the waste, which is excellent! Highly recommended Hometown Restoration!

My roof needed to be replaced for the rental apartment. After a string of unpleasant experiences, I decided to give hometown restoration a call in late December 2021. I talked with the chief executor, who was extremely friendly over the phone and scheduled a roof inspection and an in-person appointment with my husband and me. First, they arrived at our house with a full detailed, extensive power slide presentation of what they would be going to do and provided us with the option of selecting various shingles. Due to some serious problems, my roof was completed at the end of March in 2022. It took only 4days, and they finished the roof work very professionally. My roof looks different and unique. They missed some nails during the clean-up process, so they came up again and cleaned the place with the magnet sweeper to make us 100% sure. They were careful and diligent in their job and considerate of any mess during the repair. Great experience with them! Suggest other people in need of roof work.

We experienced a pungent smell in our washroom and had a technician perform a humidity and leak assessment. He discovered nothing. I reached out to Hometown Restoration and the very next day, Samuel appeared. He said he could perform air, dampness, as well as another complete testing for $300. I understood. Thank god we called Hometown Restoration when we had a major leak at our home that caused mold in our kitchen. They did an amazing job. Not only was their team incredibly professional, their cabinet and flooring expert did an amazing job at repairing the damaged floor we had in our living and family room and the cabinets in our kitchen which had to be removed to address the mold. One phone call i never like hearing is from one of my tenants saying they flooded the house. There was a pipe that broke in my home and flooded the whole house. My normal restoration guy was busy and this property was a little out of his way so I looked to angies list to find a good contractor. I was very impressed with Justin he answered right away and set a time the next day to come out. I had 1 other company come and I really like them and choose to work with Hometown restoration. They were very good with the whole process, quick and the repair work, drywall, flooring and paint were like it never happened, and I'm a semi pro contractor myself! Thanks so much!!

When we had one of our tenants commit suicide, Hometown Restoration was there to come and help us clean everything up. It was a huge help to have them respond so quickly, so professionally, and with such grace. In a trauma like this, you can’t imagine how hard it is to navigate everything from communicating with the heirs to ensuring the home is habitable again. Hometown made all of that so much easier.

Justin and his team are great. Sitting in the middle of the aftermath of a leak, I didn't even know where to start in getting things back to normal. Justin came out first thing, did a thorough inspection, explained the process and started first steps that same morning. We called justin at Hometown Restoration when my washing machine malfunctioned and leaked water through an entire cycle into the first floor of my home. Justin came out immediately and helped us identify what we needed to do to properly respond to the damage. I am so glad I called him. He was very thorough about making sure we had no risk of mold by cutting out the wet drywall and pulling up our flooring. I currently have a house for rent in San Diego when water damage was discovered in the master bedroom closet by my new tenant--who had just moved in two months prior to the discovery. The tenant then informed me about the water damage, which according to a plumber, was from a leak within the bathroom. I decided to call Hometown Restoration and ended up getting in contact with Justin. I told Justin all about the water damage before he came to the house to give me a quote. I then ended up asking Justin a large number of questions, to which he responded to them rather quickly and in a kindly manner; moreover, Justin had explained thoroughly what needed to be done to remediate, rebuild and why. This all because Justin knew what he was doing. Justin even provided me with a video of the finished product because I live outside of the country. Hometown Restoration came to my home after my dishwasher flooded the bottom floor of my new home apartment in La Costa. They have been excellent. They are here daily monitoring and making sure everything gets dry and they've worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure we are properly taken care of.

Hometown Restoration came by to do a flooring replacement. They removed the carpet and cleaned the stairs, and put in new luxury vinyl in an upstairs bedroom, hallway and stairs. Even though we had an early miscommunication about which brand of material, they went out of their way to get it fixed and make sure the right material was installed per my liking.

The team at Hometown Restoration did an excellent job of identifying the location of the moisture, determining how much needed to be removed to prevent any mold from growing, and applying dryers to get the frame to be dry again. They then put in new drywall, flooring, paint, etc. to get my home good as new.

We had a flood in our bathroom. Justin and his team came in and removed the damaged material, and dried out the floor and walls. The insurance guy thought we didn’t need to remove the shower floor but Justin took care of it. He proved there was moisture underneath the shower and prevented us from having further issues.

They were excellent! They're professional, friendly, they showed up on time, came everyday and took measurements. They made sure the home was dried and they put back together the baseboards on the wall.
