I have complete trust and confidence in Farrell Plumbing. I had contacted several companies, Farrell Plumbing is not the cheapest but they do what they claim. They completed a thorough job. I like buying my oats before the horse eats them.

Farrell Plumbing is owned by Jesse Farrell. I spoke with Jesse when I called to set up the appointment. I knew I needed a new water heater, but I also had water hammer in my pipes. I explained my living situation with Jesse and he actually said I did not really need the water heater I thought I needed. He also talked me out of a new hot water recirculating pump as the current one was still working. Jesse's brother, Justin, came to my house to do the work. Justin arrived a few minutes early and was ready to work. He explained what he was going to do and didn't mind explaining what he was doing while I watched him work. Justin tested the house water pressure while I watched and showed me on his pressure guage I had very high water pressure in the pipes and that was most likely causing the water hammer. Justin explained I needed a new water regulator, and after looking at the one I had, I agreed with him as the old regulator was very corroded. Justin put in a new regulator and the water hammer in my pipes is now gone. The new water heater pan that was put in has a copper drainage pipe going to the outdoors rather than the standard PVC pipe. I found both Jesse and Justin very professional, honest and just plain nice. They answered all of my questions and Justin spent about four hours at my house doing the work. It was very nice to deal with a smaller company who I felt was looking out for my best interests.
