 + -1 moreWe used them 2 weeks ago, and we use them on a regular basis now. We decided to go with them because they spoke English, they are bonded and licensed, and all their employees are employed, they understood what we wanted, and were able to deliver. The job has been great so far. They are very eager to please, and they do what they say they will do. Sometimes with home cleaning, they do a good job at first, and then get lazy, but they have been consistent. They charge $135, and they come every other week.
Description of Work: We use Elite Janitorial for home cleaning.

 + -1 moreWe closed escrow on a Friday and immediately called Elite. They agreed to come on Monday, a day they normally do not work, and they worked all day. They were on time, polite and very personable. I cannot say enough good things. I intend to call them for spring cleaning or anytime I need some thorough cleaning.
Description of Work: We have used Elite on two occasions. In September, they cleaned our house before we put in on the market and did an outstanding job. We sold the house in six days and the fact that it sparkled had to have helped. We closed on our new house in November and the place was a disaster!! The people who lived there must not have cleaned in 10 years. The two man crew cleaned every inch of the condo we purchased. They acid washed toilets, took years of soap scum and mildew out of showers. Cleaned floors, walls, banisters. They took years of grease out of the kitchen and cleaned a stove/oven that I thought was beyond hope. They also cleared all interior doors and wood trim as well as kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
