Eric and his crew were prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job on my two bathrooms. They look like they could be in a magazine. Also they came in on a very specfic time frame of 3 weeks. They worked extra hours to complete this project before my grandchildren arrived. I was comfortable having them in my house. They all cooperate and get along with each other. Eric is very honest and gives so many good suggestions to help me with my decisions. I would highly recomend them to my neighbors. ECS Construction (Eric) did a wonderful job on our two bathroom remodels. Eric did what he said he would do and got the job done in the very tight schedule I had requested. All of his workmen were very professional and courteous. I would highly reccomend ECS Construction for any project and in fact intend on using them for our upcoming kitchen remodel.

My husband and I are both new to home remodeling. Because of this, our general contractor had to be not only knowledgeable but also trustworthy: we had to trust his judgement, that he would do a high-quality job and not short-cut critical details, while keeping us informed, explaining things along the way. Like all remodeling projects, we encountered unexpected issues (mold, weak roof, bad plumbing, etc). Eric Stephens proved himself to be a strong, seasoned project manager -- one who knew how to manage timelines and client expectations, alongside project risks. As the project progressed, our decision to go with ECS was completely validated.

One of the reasons that I selected ECS Construction was- the bid was most complete, had the most detail. Eric was clear in his communications, and easy to work with. He had a few great suggestions which improved the quality my project. Eric & team worked diligently to get everything completed on time! Walls, plumbing, electrical, flooring, entire kitchen and bath were redone. An existing (permitted) enclosed patio was renovated and no longer feels like an addition. My neighbors even commented 'They are really working, over there.' Workers were on time, and whenever I arrived, there were several trades people working. I highly recommend!
