+ -1 moreThey have been great to work with. The technician, Louis, who comes out each year does great work. He is good at finding broken tiles and informing about the gutters. Last year they made a few tile replacements to the roof from pieces I had left over. They are very careful not to break any tiles and make scheduling very easy. The pricing was very high for the roof but visitors have been very impressed with the way it looks.

Description of Work: We had some light water stains in both the drywall ceiling of our garage & in the second level ceiling. Denny Stevenson of Dils Roofing gave us an estimate of $870 to replace 8 broken concrete tiles, repair some flashing, seal some pipes & fix the area around the chimney by installing 2 layers of 40 lb felt & weather block. They arrived promptly & did what they said they would do. They took pictures after they were done to show me, since I am not able to get up on the roof to see the finished results. They also told me to repaint the stained areas with a stain blocker so we can tell if any staining comes back. I have given them an excellent grade regarding all aspects. Now only time will tell whether they did what was necessary to fix the problem, or whether the staining will come back.

+ -1 moreWe purchased a short sale and in the disclosure process the owner stated that the patio covers (4) were for "shade only" and that they leaked and were not flashed to the house nor did they have a proper cricket troffs for drainage. The owner stated he had a quote from a roofer for $8,000 to fix and flash the patio tile roofs but never acted on it. Once I took ownership of the house I joined DirectBuy and Dils Roofing is on their vendor list, so I had them quote. They quoted $4,000 and completed the job in one week and the covers have been leak free since. Excellent in all categories.
Description of Work: Flashed (4) patio covers to the house, flashed around one fireplace chiminey, and installed (2) cricket drain troffs.

+ -1 moreDils Roofing came out and gave us a bid along with one other company. Dils Roofing came in on budget, and did a fabulous job. They completely removed all the old tiles, and at the end of each work day, the workers cleaned up the area so well no one would have known they were even there! This is a huge house, but they got the job done in less than 10 days (I think it only took about 7 days).
Description of Work: Installed new complete new roof on one-story, 4000 sq. ft. house.
