Estimator would not supply a written estimate only a verbal one unless we signed contract. Felt very pressured to sign for their services that day or discount wouldn't apply. Felt like being "pushed" to signing contract. Didn't like the pressure. He asked about other estimates we had received. Kept asking "Why won't you sign today?." Whole conversation just felt wrong!
