Showed up on time. Diagnosed problem. Fixed problem. I am super happy.

Long story short, Charles was swift to respond to my initial inquiry (unlike ALL the other electricians I called, and there were many!); He installed a 240V outlet in my garage two days later!! (I was being told by others that even as little as a meet’n greet would be at least a week out); He was quick, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and highly experienced in his field!!; His price was 15%, Yes! 15% of the other quote I got!! I suspect the other quote was so insanely high because 1. that other electrician was featured on the Tesla site, and 2. it’s easy to scam someone who doesn’t know much about electricity – he was telling me I need all new panels installed etc. etc.). It certainly goes to show how valuable an honest electrician is!! Even after he completed the work, Charles showed sincere interest in my need for the outlet by doing further research and helping me charge my Tesla in the most efficient way! I have other projects in mind and I will not even remotely consider hiring anyone else!

He is awesome and has a very good work ethic. He stands behind his work and cleans up after the work is done. He is a good communicator with a good personality. He is on time and keeps his word. He is the only guy I would hire to do electrical work and I would highly recommend him.

He was very good. I don't remember exactly but it was $100 to $200. It went very well. Charles was very good responding to the request coming from Angie's List for me. He was excellent with the communication. The quality of the work was excellent. He seemed to be very well experienced in what he was doing. He was very easy to talk to and easy to work with. He just came and did the job and completed it successfully quickly.

Charles determined that, most likely, it was an SDGE problem. He called SDGE and reported it. He also called me several times to follow up and make sure it was resolved, which it eventually was. SDGE had to go up the pole and replace a connection. He will now be my go-to guy for everything electrical.

Charles found the wiring inside our condo was just fine, so he went trouble shooting. Turns out, Oak Island had hooked our brand new air conditioner to our next door neighbors junction box. Charles arrived on time, checked all the wiring inside our house, and connected the new unit to the correct power lines going to our place. He was able to do the investigation and run the power lines to the correct source. All for only $350. I highly recommend him!!!!

Charles Viereck came out the next day, inspected the outlet and advised me the outcome right away

postponed the day agreed upon and then when I called for the second appointment to make sure he was coming...his voice mail said he was on vacation. When I did speak with him, I told him that I was not interested in any further contact. Oh yeah, and he gave me the impression that he was having problems with another customer and that is why he had to cancel. To much drama.

Charles did an outstanding job on this project from providing a description of the services to be provided and the cost proposal to the installation and completion of the project. The cost of the project was very reasonable compared to other proposals that I received, his availability for the project was timely, completion of the project was exactly as he had quoted, and his overall performance on this project was outstanding. He will be my "go to" electrician for any future projects.

Charles was great! He returned my call the same day, came out and gave me an estimate that week. Once I purchased the lights, I called him and he was out the next morning! No fuss, no complications, no issues! Everything looks perfect. I would hire him for any electrical job I ever have! He is very knowledgeable and gave some great advice.

Charles was honest, fair and very professional. He was able to make it to our place the day of the call. After running several tests and eliminating possible causes, he concluded it was a SDG&E problem. He was so nice and called them on our behalf and explained the problem. He charged me for one hour of his time. He was correct, it was a problem at our telephone pole. And he then called a day later to make sure SDG&E got out there and fixed the problem and make sure everything was OK. That professionalism rarely happens these days. We will use him again and recommend him to our friends.

We called him and he was able to come out the same day. He came at the time he said he would. He quoted a price for the work before he came out. We had requested him to fix the circuit breaker that controlled our pool pump. He tested all of them and found two more that did not have the proper electric power flowing to them. He replaced all three instead of the one. He then assisted my husband in replacing a light switch in the house that he had been working on. He only charged us an additional 50 dollars for all the extra work (This included all the additional parts too) We were very impressed by the quality of his work, his honesty and the fairness and reasonableness of his fees. We will definitely use him for any future electric work.! Highly recommend!!
