Description of Work: I live out of town and called about my rental unit having a problem with an outlet with a GFI that kept tripping and dishwasher would not run. Charles quickly answered my email through Angie's list and said he was available Friday (2 days later). I asked him to notify my tenants and he said no problem. On the morning of his visit I wrote him and told him I would be responsible for payment and if he could either bill me or call and I could give him my credit card number over the phone. His appointment was at 8:00am so I was expecting a phone call about 8:30am to 9:00am. Well I did receive a phone call, but it was not until 11:30am and Charles left me a message that he had checked the problem and it was an easy fix, so he fixed the problem and would appreciate it if I mailed a check for $120.00. I called my tenants and they said he was quick, professional and friendly. It is not often in this day and age that you find an honest and professional electrician. Especially one who will do the work and then ask for payment later. Charles Viereck Electric is my new go to electrician and I will be recommending him to everyone I meet with an electrical problem.

+ 0 moreHe was very direct, and helpful. He gave practical advice, rather than try to sell me expensive additions. He gave value added suggestions. He was very smart, knew his craft. He was efficient. I would use him again.
Description of Work: I had some electrical outlets installed in my backyard, along with a switch to activate timed lights. The original electrician wired it wrong. The outlets only worked on the timer. Charles came out, diagnosed the issue, fixed the wiring and then gave great advice for a kitchen remodel. He gave good suggestions for types of lighting to use in the kitchen and adjoining living room.
