Excellent service. Brian was on time, installed springs, and even did a minor repair on my garage. A great experience.

Excellent. Was able to get a same day appointment, even though it was Saturday. Technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue and replaced broken parts. Lubricated the both doors, (second door did not need repair) and gave instructions on how to perform periodic maintenance to ensure proper functioning going forward. This is the second time we have used Bradbury Garage Doors and I highly recommend them. Professional, competent, showed up promptly, completed work quickly and door has been working ever since, much quieter now, too. Thank you.

Phil Bradbury did an excellent job of explaining the products he uses and the installation process. We chose cedar, raised panel doors. When ordering the doors, Phil noticed that the trim was not the cedar color of the doors. He called us to discuss the various color options. I told him that I really wanted the trim to match the doors. Phil said not to worry, he would check around with other manufacturers and find a trim that more closely matched the cedar doors we were ordering. Within half an hour, he contacted me to tell me the problem was solved. We were so impressed. As soon as the doors came in, Phil arrived with two assistants to install the doors. They did an amazing job of installing the doors. Phil and his assistant were professional, highly skilled, efficient, and very friendly. Our garage doors are gorgeous. It has vastly improved the curb appeal of our house. If you are thinking of replacing your garage doors, Bradbury Garage Doors is the best!

Incidentally, pricing was reasonable. Will table for the time being as I have a home warranty via previous owner on new home purchase but will review fall 2018. Would definately recommend

I called Bradbury Garage Doors because they were referred to me by a friend. When I called they had a technician out that day. The technician, Brian explained to me what was broke and what they need to do to fix it. Very polite and professional. After a brief conversation it was decided that new doors w/windows and a new opener was the way to go. Next, I was contacted by Phil who recommended the best door and opener for my needs. He scheduled an install date that fit my busy schedule. When the install crew showed up they were on time, very polite and clean. I watched as they took down my doors and installed the new ones. It was like watching a choreographed ballet. Within a few hours Phil was hooking my super quite opener up to my WIFI and showing me how to use my phone to open the doors. I even got a call a couple a days later to see how everything was working. I would highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors to any who wants amazing customer service and very competitive pricing. I have used Bradbury's services twice before this major repair. On all 3 occasions, Phil Bradbury was excellent in all areas. Professionalism, prompt attention( meaning one day turnaround), and pricing. The first call was a minor one where I was having trouble with my garage door openers (I had 3). Phil came by within a few hours and reprogrammed all 3 openers and he was hesitant to even charge me anything at all but I made him take $100 dollars for his time and speed with which he helped me. The second call was about 2 months ago when the motor finally gave out. It was 12 years old. I bought my house brand new 12 years ago. He came within one day, diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the new motor and replaced it 2 days later when the motor came in. The price was apx. 450. This past call was exactly the same experience. My door would not open so I called Phil. He came the next morning and saw the broken spring. The age was of the springs was also 12 years and the expected life is apx 10 years so I was not surprised that they finally went. Both of my cars were in the garage so it was critical to get this fixed immediately ! I have a very heavy door and could not open the door without the springs to help. Phil ordered the springs and had them sent overnight so he could fix the door the morning of the second day after they broke. I live in a new development so all my neighbors have the same garage door system. Several of them have already replaced the springs. All of them spent much more than $900 to do so. One was taken advantage of and spent $2300. Bottom line: I not only would recommend (Phil) Bradbury Garage Doors, but I have let all my friends know about him and I would urge anyone who needs some help with their garage door, call Phil before you do anything else. He is quick to respond, extremely professional in the way he presents himself and his pricing is fair.

Brian's work was clean, quick, and professional. He also solved some frustrating old difficulties left from the former installer with very little extra cost. Door opens/closes more quiet than ever. .............................brilliant! These guys are good.

I have a rental in San Marcos and am located about 1 1/2 hours away. We had a spring break on the garage door and I needed to get the garage fixed as soon as possible for my tenants, as the property is in a gated condo community and parking is an issue. I called Phil and he was at the property within an hour and had the garage door fixed shortly after that. The price was what he quoted over the phone. He also addressed another issue with the door and told us what was needed to prolong the life of the door at a very low cost. I had no idea who to call, as all of my contacts are where I live. I had called one of those contacts and he gave me a range of what the charges should be and Phil was within that range. I went to Yelp and based on his reviews, I contacted him first. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend his company. He was prompt, his prices were reasonable, he was honest, he did quality work and he was a very kind man.

Excellent - professional start to finish. A formal bid was provided and the scope of the work was completely explained beforehand. The job was performed as quoted, in time and slightly below the quoted price. Will only use Bradbury to work on my garage doors.

Job was done exactly as promised. Phil did everything he promised and then some. Work was quality. Everything was cleaned up. More companies need to operate like Bradbury. Can't say enough good about them. Definitely a reference customer for them.

Great! I thought I needed a new garage door opener when I scheduled the appointment. The tech pointed out something simple that was preventing the door from working properly. He explained that I did not need a new opener. I appreciated his honesty and that he saved me a few hundred dollars.
