Excellent. I experienced perfect professionalism from my initial call, taking of my order and making an appointment. Right away, I received a text on my phone with appointment details and who would arrive at my home. Dallas called ahead that Saturday, showed up early, and he immediately assessed that the springs were broken. He worked efficiently to replace the springs and the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door, as well as provided overall maintenance for the track and some broken hinges, keeping me informed of issues and costs as he worked. I am completely impressed with this company, and with their repairman, Dallas.

Extremely well. Our door had been cranky for years, refusing to go down periodically. I expected the fix to be expensive. Bradbury tuned up and fixed the door for just their basis tune up charge. No attempt to up sell or install and charge for new parts. They even tuned up a separate side garage door for no extra charge. The doors work great now. They were very honest and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Two springs on my tilt up garage door broke. I purchases 2 new ones at Home Depot ($24.00 each) but couldn't stretch them enough to connect (I'm 72 years old). I called Bradbury to put the springs on for me. They came out but said they couldn't use my new springs and I had to purchase theirs (50.00 each). Theirs were identical to mine but they said they had to use theirs. They also wanted to replace two other springs that had not broken. I just had them replace the broken two. Total cost $208.00 to install 2 springs. I didn't mind the installation cost but feel that the price difference, $24 vs $50 for the identical spring was a ridiculous mark up. Also, the price quoted me over the phone was lower than the actual cost. I was able to return the springs that I had purchased at Home Depot. I should have just asked a neighbor for help.

The owner Phil of Bradbury Garage Doors responsed to my phone call within 5 minutes, quoted me prices over the phone and had a fantastic technician out to my house the next day at 8:00am to begin work and it was completed in 2 hours. They showed up on time and installed the new doors in one day, as promised. The doors are not as quiet as anticipated, but that may not be their fault. The were very professional, courteous and efficient. Prices were very competitive. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bradbury.

This is the second time I have used this company. After my first experience, I didn't hesitate to call them again when I had a new problem on a different door at another house. They are extremely prompt, diligent, and courteous. I think they did a very professional job and I would recommend their services without hesitation. I don't know if they are the cheapest (they might be), but I know they (a) show up on time (b) provide very prompt service and (c) do an excellent job.
