Description of Work: Replaced a broken coil spring on an overhead, sectional garage door. They arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and well.

Description of Work: Our marantec garage door opener was acting up, often stopping 1/3 of the way down 4-5 times in a row and then working. Bradbury checked it out and simply proposed a tune-up since it was not misbehaving for him. We appreciated that, along with the very useful tips he gave us in terms of future malfunctions we might fix ourselves, what to watch out for, and how to use a C-clamp to keep the door locked in the event the opener fails again. He was a huge source of info. Thanks!!

Description of Work: replaced garage door openers and springs

Description of Work: Fixed touch panel for one door; replaced two panels; and, performed maintenance service on all 3 Garage doors and their tracks.

Description of Work: Replaced two torsion springs, performed a tune up (lube & tune), and grease the hinges and rail.

Description of Work: I had Bradbury Garage Doors come out and install a new lift master motor assembly for my garage door and everything worked out great. The guys that showed up to do the work showed up on time and were very friendly in explaining the work they were doing and how everything works. They worked fast and efficient and I'm very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: The door installation was delayed a week because of a dent discovered by Bradbury upon delivery from the manufacturer, for which I was very glad. Would have hated finding the defect after installation. The motor and door were done in less than 4 hours. Clean up was good, although they did leave some sawdust on the ivy and a step ladder was not put away. I love how quiet the new door is. | |About four days later I noticed some drywall pieces on the garage floor. After inspecting the wall above I saw that a bracket had dislodged from the wall and was holding on by one screw. I called Phil and he came out to fix it in an hour on a Sunday. He said he'd never seen anything like it. It was like the screws never found wood, even though wood was there. Go figure. So he put in a long vertical bracket and used the door and ceiling headers for fastening and then attached the original bracket to the new bracket. | |It's been working fine ever since.

Description of Work: Garage door wouldn't come down. Bradbury diagnosed the problem and did the cheaper of two fixes. He could have told us it could only be fixed with a new motor but was completely honest and was able to fix it at least temporarily without the need. When I do need a new motor I'll buy it from him. I'm a believer.

Description of Work: Our roll up door had been damaged when hit by our car backing out before the door was completely open. The bottom corner of the door was split and prevented the door from fully closing. Phil Bradbury evaluated the damage and was able to adjust the door and track to allow normal operation. He cautioned to watch the gap in the door panel and, if it increased, could indicate the spring wire could fail and require replacement of the bottom panel. He took a photo of the panel ID in case he would need to replace it at a later time. |He only charged the $39 tune-up special price which I feel was extremely fair. I couldn't ask for a more professional service call.

Description of Work: HE REPLACED ALL ROLLER AND MADE SURE THE DOOR WAS AJUSTED CORRECTLY.

Description of Work: My garage door wouldn't open or close, and I'd had it repaired twice in four months by another repair company that had overcharged me, and I think performed work that really didn't need to be done Mr Bradbury came out and analyzed the problem with my door. He increased the power on the motor, didn't try and sell me a new door or parts, and said if that didn't work I should call him and he'd come back. He was not going to charge me any service charge. I paid him anyway. Since then I had another (unrelated) problem with the door and he analyzed it over the phone and walked me through the fix. I'm very impressed with this man, his honesty and professionalism, and would highly recommend him.
