Bradbury Garage Doors

Yesterday Brian showed up to our rescue. The day before we discovered that our garage door cable had snapped and broke, causing our door to no longer go up or down. I called Bradbury Garage Doors in the afternoon and spoke to a very nice scheduler. She was able to set up an 8am appointment for the next morning. I received a text message and an email with our appointment information. Around 7:30am I received a text alert stating that Brian was on his way and would be arriving shortly. Brian arrived just a few minutes past 8am and explained our garage door's issue. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to be replaced and we agreed with his suggestion. He completed the work in under an hour. Brian was great. Very professional and kind. After the repair, I received another text and email explaining everything that Brian repaired in our statement. We highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors for any garage door issue.

Garage door sensors kept getting knocked off and finally stopped working. I called Bradbury garage and a technician arrived early the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and told me he could repair it or upgrade the sensors to a more reliable version. I chose the new sensors. He rewired it all, installed the new sensors and replaced the door stop sensor. he lubricated the system and now it works great. All this for $181. Great del. I'll call them again when I need garage door help! Dave

Second time Bradbury Garage Doors has provided services for my home. First time was wear & tear maint & tune up on three garage doors. Prompt scheduling, quick work, good value for the money. Most recent was today. Counterbalance spring on my garage door broke. Called Sherry and was hoping to get an appointment sometime soon. Sherry asked me if I could take advantage of an opening they had today. Asked her when? She answered "How about in 20 minutes? Thumbs up on that! 20 minutes later Dallas arrived, and less than an hour later, the repair was done! Once again the repair was good value for the money! Outstanding service from start to finish! Highly recommend!!!!!

This company responded within five minutes of me submitting a request for them to contact me . Their employee was professional and went beyond what he needed to do because he moved a lot of things I had stored below my old garage door opener. He also took as much time as I needed to explain the control panel on the wall.

I checked with the BBB to find a local garage door company and found Bradbury near the top of the list. I called for an estimate to replace an existing door with an overhead door. Phil came out and gave me an estimate that I found very acceptable. After I got my HOA approval I contacted Phil and said it was OK to proceed. I gave him a deposit and the installer was out the next day. They did a great job installing my new door and even took the extra time to install a different bottom seal on the door that accommodated my uneven garage floor. I could't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Bradbury Garage Doors to anyone needing service or installation of a garage door.

Easy to schedule a diagnostic call with. Was able to schedule same day. Made a diagnosis, gave a couple options. Had the new garage door opener in and working very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Made online appointment on a Sunday, company showed up Monday 10AM right on time. Excellent technician, replaced broken spring, adjusted and lubricated door. Great communications and work.

I explained the problem, he checked several things, made the needed corrections and was done in about an hour. I paid the bill, received a receipt and a copy of work done. Phil did an incredible job informing me on what options i had for a new garage door (panels, windows, colors, opener, etc.) and did top notch work installing my new garage door. We're very satisfied and would recommend as the first person you call with your garage door needs.

A neighbor recommended Phil to me as we have been having problems and did not care for the other companies that came out to service our garage door. Called Bradbury and received an appointment the same day! Dallas was my technician. He diagnosed the problem with my 15 year old opener. Determined that the current opener needed replaced. He gave me several options on LiftMaster brand openers. He had it installed in about an hour. He replaced the keypad and primary openers and provided 2 openers for my cars. He also explained all the features the new opener provided. With the new opener connected to my wireless network I now can receive notifications on my cell phone when the garage door has been left open accidentally. No more finding the garage door has been left opened over night and I can close or open the door using the app on my cell phone. This experience was an A+
