Phil arrived on time, fixed the problem with the door opener, was knowledgeable about the problem, and I would use him again. Another good Angie's List experience.

The (2 double) garage doors did not have windows and the garage was always dark. Both double doors were staring to cause a few problems and after discussing the options with Phil we felt this was a great opportunity to correct all deficiencies for many years to come. Phil and Dale arrived Saturday morning at 0810 and immediately started their task. Both double doors were removed with new doors with windows installed. There work ethic was something we do not see today. They were extremely professional and my garage was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether it be minor or major repairs. A pleasure doing business with true professionals. This all occurred because of the article in Angies list. It works.

Bradley arrived promptly at 8:am as promised, inspected both doors.and stated he would repair the door that would not stay open without having to replace the springs but just adjust the tension on them. He said the other door worked fine,but showed me how to check for wear on the motor of the opener. All in all very good experience and would not hesitate use him again when the need arises.

My opener stopped working. I got a referral from Angie's List. I contacted Bradbury Garage Doors and Phillip Bradbury came out the next morning. He ended up having to rewire my door sensors. He did a great job and would highly recommend Bradbury Garage Doors

The service went fine. I felt like they were trying to up sell me a little bit on a service that I might not need. I didn't buy it but they were on time and professional so that was good. They came out within 30 days of me purchasing the deal and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal.

It turned out good; we had no problems. He did what he was asked and did more than we asked him to. The guy was professional and I was happy with the job. He had the equipment available to put on the double springs at the same service call. He was out here when he said he would be. He was a younger gentleman who seemed to know what he was talking about. He posted his business card right next to our garage door opener so I know how to get hold of him again.

A general tune up and a good explanation about our type of garage door.

Both garage doors are working well, more quietly and more smoothly. The garage door opener/system we use infrequently was not replaced, just tuned up. The other has gotten a lot of use and had been causing problems for some time, so we had it replaced. Phil explained operational issues well, what we need to look for to avoid future problems, when we might need service, and how to maintain them. Phil had all that he needed to do the work sitting on his truck; and gave us the required written proposal for the work to be done and encouraged us to submit the warranty information on line. Phil did not suggest that the extra work was urgent or needed to be done today. He responded to our questions as to life expectancy, what could go wrong, etc. and how we would need to handle it. Because we were tired of the problems, we decided to have the replacement work done today.

I ordered the tuneup for my garage door opener as it was not opening and closing properly. Phil was on time, inspected both my garage doors. One just needed a tune up the other needed a new opener. He installed new opener, helped program all the cars to the new opener and explained what to watch for with the springs. Great service. I will call him again when I need garage door service.

I found Phil on Angie's. I called him and he was more than willing to work around my schedule. He showed up right on time, looked at the job, gave me options and alternatives and then we came to an agreement on the job. Phil went to work and did so steadily for over 3 hours! The labor charge was $150 which I thought was very reasonable. After he was done he reviewed everything with me, made sure everything was functioning properly and even was considerate of where to place the keypad noting that I could hit my head if he put it in place of the old key turn!!! I saiad he was right about that and he placed it off to the side instead. Great job Phil!!!

He was 5 minutes early, very polite and helpful.

Phil came over within in 2 hours and found that I had a cord bumping the sensing mechanism preventing the door from coming up. Moved it out of the way and no problems. Phil knew exactly what to look for and spent about 20 minutes at the house. Just like the previous trips, he was very polite and professional. Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed with the overall work done by Mr. Bradbury. He was very responsive to my e-mails while scheduling the work, came promptly at the time scheduled and did an excellent job.

My roll up garage door spring broke late afternoon on a Saturday with the car in the garage. We tried to push the door up by hand and managed to get it tweaked and apparently completely stuck. We checked Angie's List for places near our house that might still be open, then started calling. This was the closest to us and the first we called, and at all of them we left messages. Bradbury (Phil) called back in a few minutes and came over within 30 minutes. He was able to open the garage by hand and said the tweaking was not that bad and would correct itself once the springs were replaced. He quickly and professionally got the job done, including replacing one track bracket that got bent. 45 minutes later the job was complete and the door fully operable. He did a great job in a hurry and it is much appreciated. He showed great professionalism and I am happy to give him all A's for this rating and would use their services again. Many thanks.

Great service. My single garage door was not working. He adjusted what needed to be done to get it working. Phil also checked my other garage door made adjustments and installed a new touch pad as mine had a short in it. All this and no extra charge. He is the one I will call when I need work done.

Bill, He called me within a couple of hours of purchase and scheduled an appointment for the next day which was my choice he was actually available to do the work the same day. He showed up on time and inspected the door, replaced all the rollers made some other fine tuning and adjustments even added a extra support that he felt would help quiet the door down some. Phil's response to the email inquiry I sent him was awesome! I had a response and appointment within 2 hours of the inquiry. He arrived the next day and listened to our needs and budget demands. He found us an inexpensive door, with a color that was pretty close to matching. He scheduled us for install two days later. His installers showed up on time, and were very professional and courteous. It took about 3 hours to remove the old door and install the new door. Phil was able to reuse our old motor which was only a few years old. Also the door we had originally agreed upon was not available so Phil gave us the next best door at the same price he quoted. He also gave me a military discount which was awesome. Phil came out to collect the payment after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied. The entire experience was fantastic. He didn't try to up sell us, but didn't want us to buy the cheapest door around. We are so pleased with the service provided, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradbury Garage Doors to anyone. Phil was very efficient and pleasant. Will definitely keep him in mind if we ever need anything garage door related. With bigger companies, sometimes you get uneven service because your repair is only as good as the guy who gets sent to you. If you call Bradbury Garage Doors, you get Phil himself. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I phoned at 10 am and he set an appointment for 11 am and he arrived right on time.. This is after a very unsatisfactory episode with another garage door company). The entire job was finished within an hour and everything was cleaned up. I will certainly use Bradbury in the future.

Phil finished his work in four or five hours. He is very conscientious and hard-working and polite. My wife and I could not be more pleased!!! I recommend him without any qualification whatsoever. We are very satisfied customers!
