The provider was easy to work with, on time, and did more than he was required to do. I WILL hire him when I need new doors.

Phil arrived at the time we agreed on and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

Brian and Phil arrived on time and lubed and made adjustments to both doors. Phil even replaced a roller without charge. Explanations provided on all questions asked. Thanks a bunch, guys!

Came out on a Saturday and fixed the problem. Friday nite the door wouldn't close. Instructed me how to get door down. Pleased with the representative and the results.

Very prompt and courteous. Clearly described everything that needed to be replaced and why. Left the work area cleaner than it was before. We are very pleased with his work.

He answered my phone call immediately. Said he would arrive in 2 hours and he did so. He diagnosed my problem quickly and I gave him the go-ahead to do the repair. He and his co-worker completed the work in about an hour which was consistent with his prediction. I am very pleased with his responsiveness, trust-worthiness and the quality of his work. Excellent!

It went very well. It was an Angie's List special. He was very good and he knew what he was doing. The deal was for $300 and because of the circumstances of the garage, he charged me $100 more because it was a different type of garage opener we used. He told me about some things that I might want to do in the future. He was prompt. He got here right on time and he explained to me everything he was going to do. He did a good job. When he was a little bit late, he called and let me know.

I contacted Bradbury Garage via Angie's list on Saturday night. Phil got back to me in less than 30 minutes and we agreed on appointment on Monday. Phil was at my home on time foe the appt. Phil was very professional, assessed my problem, gave me options and pricing. Phil had all the correct parts on his truck and fixed the broken springs right away. Door works perfectly and is quieter now than when it was new. Fantastic! He even gave me a senior discount!

This morning while pulling the trailer out of our garage we caught the track of the garage door and bent it beyond repair. The brackets that attach to that were also bent beyond straightening. Since the garage door couldn't be shut and we live in an association we needed this taken care of right away. I found Bradbury Garage Doors on Angie's List with great reviews and now I know why. I contacted Phil at 10:55am and explained my situation he said he would be over within an hour. At 11:45am he showed up and replaced the one section of track that was badly bent and he replaced several cracked hinges which he showed me. He explained what might happen if any others crack and said he would replace them, I said please do. My garage door is fixed and much quieter now after he fixed it up and lubed it. He was awesome and I really appreciated the promptness, especially on a Saturday. I will absolutely call him again if I have an issue and I will positively refer him to everyone and anyone who needs a great garage door specialist.

Phil was very responsive and did an excellent job. He checked everything and gave me the option of either repairing or replacing the opener. No high pressure sales tactics. Since it was over 16 years old, I elected to replace everything. Price was fair and reasonable. the work was done professionally and Phil explained everything i needed to know about my new opener.

Found door bad yesterday, and called Phil Bradbury 1st thing in the A.M. to get door fixed. Was here by 10:00 A.M. Had parts on truck and job was done in about 90 min. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting the door fixed. Thanks Phil!

I was very impressed with Phil at Bradbury Garage Doors. I needed help today and he responded quickly. He gave me a window of time he'd come and did so. He explained everything well and fixed my door in a timely manner. I will be using Bradbury and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services in the future.

Phil assessed the problem in my garage door by listening to the noise made by the motor. He was 100% on target. Suggested 2 options of which I chose one. He got the problem fixed on the spot, in less than 1 hour and had the parts in his truck already. Prompt, knowledgeable service at a good price.

I called Phil on Friday afternoon, and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Since I moved into this house, the garage door has been very loud when opening and closing, and this is a problem for my kids who sleep in the bedroom right over the garage. The opener is a high end belt type model, and the rollers are already Nylon, so I was afraid that quieting the door would require a replacement of the cheap panel door with an higher-end insulated type. Phil listened to my concerns, and then spent several minutes carefully evaluating the door, track, springs, and opener to figure out the problems. He treated it as a problem to be carefully investigated, so he could get to the root cause, and didn't rush to sell me a particular service. In well under an hour, he was able to make adjustments that resulted in a huge improvement to the noise level. He also provided options for further noise reduction, if needed, that would involve changing out the door panels and/or opener. I'm super-pleased with the work, and would recommend Bradbury Garage Doors to anyone.

No hassle professional contractor. These folks are rare. Recommended a side motor due to configuration. Did not try to over sell. Did not make ANY excuses which must be part of a contractors licensing requirements. You need a garage door....this is your guy. Looks great.

Excellent service from the my fist email inquiring about price and time-frame (availability) to actual installation. Phil and Dale were on-time, professional, and provided service and a final product that was better than I had hoped. We keep saying that we should have replaced the old door years ago. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would use them again if the need arose.

Excellent, straight A's - exchanged a couple of calls with Phil Bradbury who explained my options and answered my questions with no pressure. He already knew the homes in my neighborhood had opener fit issues due to the cross beam and explained the Liftmaster 8500 side-mounted opener. The estimate Phil gave me over the phone was the price I paid and he and his partner had the job done a week later taking about four hours. He even included the MyQ gateway ($50) for no extra charge. Now a month later, no issues, everything works perfectly and the door seals up tight. The MyQ App works great and you can add extra controls (lights, outlets, etc). I researched the price for the same installed setup from the "big box", and it would have been over 15% more.

The problem is completely fixed and both doors operate smoothly and efficiently. Quite a feat for doors that were installed in 1993. The provider was prompt, came out on the same day I called, and was very professional.

They came out right away, and I'm very happy with the work that was done.

Phil arrived at 8 am in the morning. He checked out the garage door and noticed that the two sensors on each side of the door were not aligned. Phil re-installed the two sensors so that they were aligned perfectly. He showed me how to lubricate the garage door. Phil also told me what kind cleaner he used to clean the garage door. He was a very nice guy to work with. After the tune-up, the garage door has worked very smoothly. I recommend Phil highly.
