Bradbury Garage Doors

Excellent work. When Phil Bradbury came and measured before ordering the doors he answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me any other kind of door. The garage already has windows so I purchased a steel insulated door without windows. I chose the steel/insulation/steel door rather than a poly indoor layer. They are sturdy doors and operate smoothly. The motors are LiftMaster. A one day job, really less than six hours, Phil and Dale removed the old wooden doors and installed the two new doors and motors. They even had to cut a small portion of the concrete slope where one side of the larger door frame met the builder's garage floor and the cut was done cleanly. There were no extra charges added on to the estimate given. I chose Bradbury Garage Doors for two reasons: The doors were made in Buena Park, CA (the company is called Unique Garage Door) and BGD is located about 10 miles from me. I figured if there were any problems they had to come back to fix the close proximity couldn't hurt. After warning me there would be messes while they were working but not to worry, they cleaned up everything before they left. I was pleasantly amazed. Great attitudes, great work, excellent product, happy customer.

it went really well, in less than an hour after I called Brain (the Technician) was at my door. He went over what needed to be done and the cost. Approx. an hour later my Garage Door was fixed

We've had Bradbury some out twice to fix two different problems with our garage door. In both cases they were very responsive, provided an honest assessment and reasonable pricing, and completed the work to our satisfaction. We'll continue to refer to them with any future garage door issues - especially since they warranty their work for 5 years!

Phil contacted me same day that I purchased his service on Angie's List to make an appt. He was available next day and was punctual. My garage door service was completed within 24 hours of purchasing the service on Angie's List. Wonderful customer service.

Brian was great! I only had to buy two $10 rollers at no additional charge for installation. My heavy doors are much quieter.

Phil was prompt and very professional. My garage door broke and was fixed on the same day!! He knew right away how to deal with the situation. He installed a second spring which will help in the wear and tear in the long run, and he also helped me find a keyless entry remote on the web which I was having a hard time finding. There are still some service persons out there that have great work ethics, and Phil is one of them!

Phil changed out all the rollers, adjusted one side of the metal frame-work, and did some lubrication. After that, it ran quietly. He checked our motor and springs and said we probably had 3 or 4 more years. He also programmed our car garage door openers, which I had not been able to get working. They work fine now too and we don't need the clunky garage door openers in our car anymore. Thanks Phil!

Great. Phil contacted us immediately (even though it was a holiday) to set up an appointment. He called when he was on the way and arrived on time. All work performed as planned, and the sensors were adjusted at no extra cost. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Bradbury in the morning and Brian was here about an hour later. He installed the LiftMaster Garage door opener with battery back up and wifi and a key pad outside. We love this product!! Brian checked everything out on both garage doors, greased the rails and checked the tension on the springs. He recommended changing the wheels on the garage door he was changing the opener on, which we did. He checked the sensors on the other garage door as it had a problem closing while he was there. He got that fixed. Brian programmed our car links and explained everything about the LiftMaster. I would definitely recommend Bradbury Garage Doors. There was a deal listed here Angie's List which was honored. So pricing was very good also.

When the owner - Phil came to know that I am not satisfied with the service provided earlier, he made an extra effort to reach out to me to offer another inspection by himself. He also offered to replace all the roller wheels at no extra cost to me. He accommodated my busy schedule for the next visit on the day of next appointment, he reached ahead of time. Inspected everything carefully, replaced roller wheels & provided some expert tips . I am fully satisfied with the quality of work and pleased with Phil's attitude to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I wish I had not posted the bad review earlier and had contacted Phil before doing so. I would recommend Phil and Bradbury Garage services to all my friends who would need similar service anytime in future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brian. He was on time and even called ahead to give me his exact time of arrival. He was very polite and professional, and did a thorough job on both garage doors, explaining everything as he did the work. He also explained potential issues to watch for in the future without trying to sell me something I didn't need. My garage doors work flawlessly now. Highly recommended.

Five stars. Presentation of options was thorough and professional - all questions answered in an understandable manner. Installation was scheduled and that schedule was completely met. The job entailed removing existing door, motor, hardware along with some wood siding that had been added for the old door. The new door was installed in the 3-4 hours as advised. Job area was cleaner and neater than before install. Old door and parts was hauled away as promised. Work was done in a professional manner and the personnel were courteous and friendly.

Phil and Brian indeed provide the best service and did every thing right for the garage door business. They came three times in a week in order to fix the noise of the garage door after the new springs replacement. I am impressed of their "do it right" for customers and they demos the best examples for business like this. I will introduce to my friends for Bradbury as their honesty, responsibility, and "do it right" attitudes. Thanks Phil and Brian for your good job.
