Description of Work: Repairs sprinkler system and clean garden and plant some flowers.

Description of Work: Bart cut down a palm tree in my back yard and trimmed 3 others, aerated my lawn. He underbid a bid I already had. I called him back to say during the aeration, he broke a sprinkler head in the back yard. He said he would come fix it and that I should get sprinklers checked out at least once a yr. I agreed and wanted him to do that. When he came back I took him around to show him which ones needed work. He fixed the one he broke, did not fix another in the planter area (I realized after he had left).......said I needed 2 more sprinkler heads out front and that he would have to dig. We agreed on the price and that he would be here b/t 8-10 am 3 days later..........That same day he cut and trimmed my yard because my edger wasn't working. When I told him the grass didn't look cut and could he lower it.......he said......."I can't, this is the lowest it will go". With variations in height of grass it did not look like it had been cut. It has been 6 days since agreed upon appnt. to add 2 more sprinkler heads and I have yet to hear anything from him. You get what you pay for, he fixed the sprinkler head HE broke but not the ones that were already broken which I was prepared to pay him for. I told him I would pay him for the yardwork......he said I could pay when he came back next week.........he never did return.
