Hired JP Locks based on recommendations on Angie's List. Turned out to be an excellent choice. Polite and professional. Job was done quickly and efficiently.

So very grateful that John could respond to my time sensitive request. He delievered exactly what I described that I wanted over the phone. He was knowledgeable and work was performed to my high standndards. I had a bad experience the day before with another locksmith who kept me waiting several hours and increased his on site quote by double what the phone quote was. John on the other hand charged exactly what he indicated on the phone. I would definitely use him again and he will be my first choice when I have another rental needing to be rekeyed.

John arrived as scheduled, was very professional and pleasant to work with. The previous homeowner left us a bag full of keys which we matched up to the locks. We wanted all locks re-keyed. John recommended on having just one or 2 keys. We decided on 2 keys. John re-keyed locks as requested, made 2 sets of keys plus 2 sets of extras. He was very efficient and tested all the keys. Also showed me how to latch the French doors so that when I lock those doors, doors will not be able to be opened. Final cost was as expected based on his prices posted on Angie's List.

I was late, had lost original keys and was having a bad day. John waited for me and was nicer than I could have expected. He did a fine job. I would recommend.

I called three companies looking for someone who could do some locksmith work the same day. John from JP Locks was able to do the job. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He completed the work in short order and gave me the invoice and I paid him.
