Very hard workers. Got everything done and did an excellent job. Spread the chipped material around by rotating the exhaust nozzle - making my future efforts easier. I couldn't have expected more.

It was perfect, they cleaned up after themselves. Nice guy.

Their prices are great. They have professional equipment. They shaped a tree for me and brought it to the height I wanted it. They even ground the stumps down. They cleaned up everything so beautifully. They even cut three huge buckets for fire wood for me.

Excellent.

They were good. They were familiar with my yard. They had done tree work for the previous owner. They did a good work. I would use them in the future.

A neighbor's tree overhung my yard shedding horrible showers of dead pine needles daily into my yard. Finally the neighbor agreed to let me trim his tree (another story). Magdelano Arroyo was doing work for different neighbor so I negotiated with him to trim the offending tree after he got done. He did a great job, arriving with the crew when he said, and they cleaned up after, just as we agreed. I would call him again. I had different tree work with another outfit months before who also did good work but Arroyo's prices were better - so I prefer him now and would call him again if the occasion arose.

I called the company twice before they responded. The first appointment was for 8:30 am and after the second call, they came about 9:30 am. I was very pleased with the efficiency and cleanliness. Nothing on my property was damaged and they left it looking much better than before.

Job 1: We encountered some scheduling issues but when Arroyo arrived, the work was performed very professionally. We were impressed by the work crew and the equipment brought on site. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Cleanup was as thought they had not been here at all. Reasonably priced for the services performed. We will definitely use their services again. Job 2: Arroyo Tree Service arrived for work 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The job was finished within 1.5 hours due to their equipment and personnel efficiency. Cleanup was well done. We were surprised by how quickly the job was completed. This was the second job Arroyo has performed for us. We will definitely use their services again.

I was very disappointed with their work. The owner would not give a written estimate, but I proceeded with them due to the favorable rating on Angie's list. Arroyo never arrived the day they were scheduled and never called. I rescheduled and they rushed through the job. They knocked a gate post out of the cement getting equipment into the backyard, damaged several runs of irrigation and damaged a light post. At the end of the job (it was dark), they asked for their money and left without telling us of the sprinkler and light damage. They did try a very poor fix of the gate that failed. I called later asking for repair reimbursement and they argued that they wanted an estimate from the repairman before talking price. I got an estimate, we agreed on the reimbursement price, and they never paid. They gave several excuses, but in the end were not truthful to us. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

I CALLED FOUR TREE SERVICES FOR ESTIMATES. LENO ARROYO WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CALLED BACK & CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE & HIS CREW ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON THE SCHEDULED DAY WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE TASK AT HAND. THEY WORKED STEADILY FOR FIVE HOURS, DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB, & CLEANED UP COMPLETELY, INCLUDING SWEEPING PATIOS, WALKWAYS & THE DRIVEWAY. THEY TOOK CARE TO NOT ALLOW BRANCHES & WASTE TO FALL IN NEIGHBORING YARDS. LENO & HIS WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN & RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I FOUND THE NAME ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY & CAME TO DO THE WORK WITHIN 2 DAYS. PROMPT & THOROUGH. PRICE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHERS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL! THEY REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND THEN FOLLOWED THROUGH EXACTLY AS WE DISCUSSED AND LEFT MY YARD CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY CAME. THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE FUZZY MISSHAPEN BLOB OF A TREE IN OUR FRONT YARD HAS BEEN REBORN! IT NOW HAS A BEAUTIFUL SHAPE AND IT CAN BREATH, ONCE IT FILLS IN A LITTLE FROM THE ''HAIR CUT'' IT WILL BE EVEN BETTER! THANKS GUYS!

CLEANUP WAS FANTASTIC. GAVE THEM EXTRA MONEY JUST FOR THAT! WORK DONE WAS QUICK, PROFESSIONAL AND SAFE. WORKERS WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. DID THE JOB SHORTLY AFTER HIRED.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY LEFT THE YARD IN WONDERFUL SHAPE, AND DID IT IN RECORD TIME!
