They don't make real estate agents like this anymore--and maybe they never did! My husband and I ended up in a lovely home in Oceanside (bordering Vista and Carlsbad) because Anita Spencer never gave up on what was an extremely difficult transaction--she just kept everything moving forward smoothly with her calm and grace not to mention top skills. She is entirely dedicated to her work, her clients, and a happy outcome and will go the extra mile to make sure that every single detail is buttoned down and in its place. Her advice is sage and always spot on. No one could be in better hands listing or looking for a home. I have continued to contact Anita over the past year following our move-in, to ask for advice or get referrals for services and she is always, always happy to help.
