After waiting for product to come in, America Screens was not prepared for installation. Showed up later than planned that day, and was only able to install one door instead of seven invisible screen doors. Did not return in a timely manner or return phone calls. Finally, I called my credit card company and filed a report to get my 50% deposit returned. Paid for the (1) one invisible screen door and installation. We always get in trouble on a job that requires 50% down. Lucky we used our credit card!!! Great product, but service was unsatisfactory. Ended with another company having to come in and complete job.
Description of Work: America Screens came out and gave us an estimate after measuring and ordering the installing of (7) seven invisible screen doors. Requested a 50% deposit at that time. Set up a date for installation approximately a month later. As my installation date came up, I had to call American Screens to make sure they were coming out on my appointed date. They were not prepared for the job and arrived later than planned due to picking up materials. Was able to install one door that day, but still needed to come back and finish the other six doors. Did not return or attempt to call us regarding a new installation date.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY NICE. HOWEVER, I AM EXPERIENCING A FEW PROBLEMS WITH MY SCREENS. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT A PROBLEM BEFORE THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE SCREENS.
Description of Work: REPLACED WINDOW SCREENS AND INSTALLED PHANTOM SCREEN DOORS.
