Everything went perfectly. The crew is highly experienced, well-organized and were quite professional. The jobs were done quickly with no complications. In the case of the mirrored closet doors, it took perhaps 10 days to two weeks to trim those and get them reinstalled. We were advised of the time required to complete this task before it was undertaken. I thought everyone with whom I came in contact was extremely professional.

I came home Wednesday night to discover a broken window. It is rectangular in shape and nearly as long and wide as my front door, which is right next to it. While still in one piece, it was completely spider webbed from top to bottom with multiple cracks. If I applied even the slightest pressure it would bend and retract. That's how unstable it was. There was only a wing and a prayer holding it together. Something like that makes you feel exposed and uneasy in your own home. You just want it fixed, as soon as possible. I have never had a broken window before, so I had no idea who to contact. So I came here for recommendations, and the first one I chose was Kyle's Glass. Kyle replied to my inquiry almost immediately. But unfortunately he was booked solid for the next two weeks. I couldn't wait that long, as I basically had a gaping hole in my home, big enough for someone to walk through. It was a very unnerving feeling. Luckily for me, Kyle suggested Aand D Glass here in Vista. I should also mention that I was having issues with my cell phone service at the same time and wasn't able to make or receive phone calls. My first contact with Aand D Glass was via email. They took it all in stride, and after I explained my situation, they had someone out there within the hour. Curt was friendly, informative, and very professional. In about a half hour he had removed the broken pane, cleaned up the shattered glass, measured for a new one, and explained that the replacement would be here in a few days. It would need to to be special ordered so as to adhere to my condo's strict HOA rules, made of tempered frosted glass that looked exactly like all the other homes in my complex. He gave me an exact quote for the cost then and there, which was a lot less than I thought it would be. Lastly, Curt securely boarded up that gaping hole with plywood. I still didn't have a window yet, but thanks to Aand D Glass, I regained my peace of mind and felt safe and secure in my home again. True to their word I got the call today that the glass was in and they offered to come over immediately to install it. I was at work at the time and they kindly worked with my schedule so that we could still get it done today. Another of their rep's arrived within minutes of my arrival at home, and in about 20 minutes, it was done! I highly recommend Aand D Glass. They not only work for you, but with you, adjusting their schedule to fit yours. There were no hidden costs, or unpleasant surprises along the way, and I don't think I've met a more polite group of people. I am so grateful they were recommended to me, and in turn, I would second that motion for anyone else needing glass replacement or repair. Thank you Aand D Glass for everything!

I stopped in their place to get a size, they gave me a price as I asked and they did the measurements, and they took maybe a week for to get there. Then they put it in and they even took the old piece of an old mirror that was taken down by the painter. They did a great job and I am very happy with the pricing of these guys.
