Horrible experience. Very lousy and disappointing. Unprofessional. I called this lady in the morning. She stated that based on the description of the job they could get it done within 2-3 hours. Zaya was very confident in that, saything she had her fastest worker with her and that she was fast as well. She said she and her friend would be there the same day, in about 3 hours (12:00) and be done around 3pm the same day. She first was going to charge 150, then dropped it to 120 to do the job which was waaay overpriced. We finally agreed on 100, which was still overpriced but i needed to services done, so we agreed. We set a price, had an agreement, gave the address, agreed on a day and time, everything was set. I let her know that i would be driving an hour away (the bank i do my banking with doesnt have a location in this area, so i had to drive an hour away to the nearest location to get the money out, as my card was demagnatized). Since the deal was set, i started out towards the bank to get her to 100.00 she had asked for. Keep in mind, it was only dishes, sweep, and mop. About 20 minutes later i got a TEXT..not a phone call, a TEXT message saying she couldnt come because another client of hers had a job for her and her higher paying customers came first. She stated that she "has to do what she has to do". I told her that we already had an agreement, and she said "well normally i ask for more notice and more money and plus i had an extraction done the other day and i dont feel up to it, i dont want to overwhelm myself". So there i was, back to square one trying to find someone. She then stated that it sounded like it was going to take them more than 2-3 hours. ITS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THIS LADY DOESNT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE....IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WITH HER. She canceled on me because an APARTMENT BUILDING had a unit for her to clean, which meant more than what i was going to pay her (100.00). Horrible customer service....canceling over a text message? canceling one client because another client had a last-minute job for her?....Do yourself a favor and avoid this lady at all costs. She is unreliable and unprofessional and puts customer service last. It is all about the money for her and whoever offers the msot amount of money she will take that person over you any day, whether you have a prior agreement or not.

Nancy and her co-workers arrived exactly on time. Performed better than expected and our home was left cleaner than I thought possible after one visit. We are definitely going o use them on a weekly basis. I feel very safe w/ her in our home.
