The plan was not on scaled paper, rather a general computer generated plan. I believe the reason for not generating a scaled plan is so that you will have to depend on them to plant everything, rather than being able to look at the plan and be able to determine distances between plants for example. We had multiple trees that were of poor quality and several that died, they refused to replace them. The dirt they brought in was of very poor quality. Some of what they did was good, (they moved our spa to an appropriate location) but overall we were disappointed by the service, with no guarantee on the plants or trees and the trees very small or of poor quality. Will not use them to finish our landscaping.

Work Of Art Landscape has been fairly good. They did a really good job when we've had the front yard redone. They provide a warranty when they installed our sprinkler system. When they plant all the plants, they provide a warranty, as long as they are providing lawn service. When they do the yard service, they check the sprinkler system and the plants. They'll ask me if they can make the changes that they need to make. They've done wonderful work. Sometimes, I think they should take a little more time with my lawn. There's been a couple of times when they throw the yard clippings into our trash bin. The edging isn't done the right way, sometimes. But overall, they do a good job and work hard.
