Description of Work: He is very knowledgable and will test your water for free and recommend what is needed. He never trys to sell you something that you don't need like the "other" chain store. He will answer questions, and demonstrate how to do things. He is very helpful.

+ -1 moreVery honest and not trying to up-sell me on things I don't need. Showed me how to take care of the problem and shock the pool as well as take care of back washing my pool filter. They were very patient and explained everything step by step while I wrote everything down.
Description of Work: I had black allege spots on my pool and they tested the water. They also told me how to do a back wash on my pool filter and shock the pool, they didn't charge me for anything aside from the supplies needed.
