On time, very professional.

I was thoroughly impressed with Visalia Plumbing and with Ronny (the technician who came to our home) in particular. My initial phone call was returned within minutes and an appointment was set for the very next day. The window given was just a 2 hour window, which is appreciated with a busy schedule. Ronny showed up right at the first 15 minutes of the window. He was professional, quick and explained exactly what he was going to do to fix our sink leak (instead of patching, he explained it would be best to replace a portion of the drain and even showed me the wobbly existing drain, explaining the leak). He worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently and even took the time to review the work with me. He went the extra mile to test the sink to make sure no other portions were leaking or defective. The price was reasonable for what was done and though I hope I don't have to call anytime soon, I would certainly use Visalia Plumbing again.

I am so delighted with the service performed by Visalia Plumbing! I got a very quick appointment, the customer service representative on the phone was friendly and knowledgable, and the plumber was really nice and did the job exceptionally well. The plus side to this was that the plumber was quick and the price was well within my budget! I will not hesitate to call them again in the future - a job well done!

I was pleased with the fact that Jamie did not just replace the garbage disposal but found the cause. The wiring problem, so that saved us time & money.

Mike, came to assess my water heater problem the same day that I called. Arrived on time and advised me of my options. Within the hour, his secretary called me with an estimate and reasonable time frame to replace the water heater. He took care of the immediate problem and follow up with a long term solution.

Mike arrived on time. I showed him what was in need of repair and he got right to it. Everything was repaired quickly without any problems. He was very polite and kept all areas as they were prior to his arrival.

Our hot water pipe broke under the house - so we opted to replace all the hot water pipes with Aqua Pex. Visalia Plumbing did the work quickly & efficiently and with minimal damage to drywall where holes were required. And, were very nice to deal with as people.

We have been a customer of Visalia Plumbing for many years --15 to 20-- which shows we have been very satisfied and treated very professionally. They keep on schedule, explain their work --advise if asked. Prices reasonable.

Mike came right out. When he couldn't get the water heater restarted, he called the company and arranged for the replacement part. Then he came back to install the part.

Visa ha plumbing came out the morning we called to clear a storage at our rental proper of as reported by tenant.
