Had a gas leak in the temperature setting valve the evening before service began. We live outside of Visalia, so we knew we would likely pay a higher charge. However, our experience with Angie's List and Visalia has been amazing. Anyway, I was initially told it would have to be Saturday at an extra cost. We needed it fixed so agreed. Couple hours later received a call stating there was a cancellation and they could come Friday to save us costs. Gladly accepted! They had a window of time when the plumber would arrive that afternoon. He contacted me about 15 minutes before arriving. Very courteous and polite. Did not delay work flow while talking with me about the issue. Didn't ever feel like "okay, need to stop talking and work." He worked efficiently while letting me observe how to do it myself. Was very appreciative of that. Job was completed in one hour as well as cleaning up the work area. It was as if the plumber was never there. Shook hands and thanks were exchanged. Payment was easy and on the spot via CC. We may have paid more then what was in our town, but the quality of work, professionalism, and customer relations via phone were well worth bringing this service to our home. We would highly recommend them and use them for any future plumbing needs.

It took me longer to print my $15 coupon off of angie's list than it took the service tech to figure out the problem. The cost was not much more than what I paid a guy, several months before, off of Craig's List who didn't fix the problem.

The guy from Visalia Plumbing, I didn't get his name, called me about 1pm. He told me he had gotten done early from another job and asked me if it was ok if he could come over early. He was so nice. He got the job done in 15-20 min and even gave me my $15 off my bill because I mentioned Angie's List. If I could give a A+ I would. Would definitely use again.

They arrived right on time. The work was done in a timely manner. He checked everything out to make sure it worked ok before he left.

Excellent service from start to finish!

. Very responsive to setting up times to do the work. In the case of the busted shower cartridge they came out within an hour of the call to work us in. Did a great job on all the work. Will use them again.

I was very concerned about plumbing system in 60 yr. home I purchased 2 months ago. Ronnie was the best of many tradesmen I've worked with in real estate business and personally.

Ronnie and Doug were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. They removed and installed old outdated water piping, sewer drainage and a water heater. Sounds like a routine job but they had to break up a cement slab to get to one part of the sewer line, crawl under my house to dig out the rotted sewer and water lines. Remove and replace all lines from under the house. Not once when I talked to Ronnie or Doug did they complain or have a frown. These guy always had a smile on their faces even when they were covered in dirt and mud. And they were always willing to take time to explain what they were doing and what they had found. I think they even made friends with my pitbull. Ronnie and Doug left my plumbing in 100% better shape then when they arrived. Couldn't ask for a better service. They deserve a raise!! Doug is our hero! He eagerly fixed our plumbing issues, even though he had to work way beyond 5:00pm.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and more than willing to work with me.

I had been battling slow toilets and back up into the shower and bathtub for the last 6-8 months. In February, I had called someone. All they did was snake the line from the root. This provider was here within 2 hours and located our main line, which had not been found by others we had previously called. He marked the line, extracted a huge root from it, and set up a follow up visit to check on leaks under the crawl space and reseal toilets. All in 104 degree heat and in less than one hour! He was very professional and extremely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill! I would definitely use this company again.

They arrived and went right to work on the unit; setting up a pump system with a citrate solution that dissolved out much of the sediment that had built up in my tankless water heater. They spent approximate 1.5 hours and I felt they did an excellent job.
