They were sent by my home warranty insurance company. They came and fixed it but it started leaking again called them back. That came and tore the faucet apart and said it needed parts that was three months ago. Never came back or returned my calls or messages. Do not trust these guys, call another company if you want any kind of professional service. Bad news!!! Pete Nunez

Our entire house was backed up. We got quotes from various businesses. They were all quotes we could not afford. We were finally referred to Brian. He was really nice and quoted almost half of what the others did. He was here the very next day to start the job. He got the work done in less than half a day. We are extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

All the issues were resolved perfectly. The work was professionally completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely hire Superior again without reservation and definitely recommend this company to anyone.

He had it done after some very hard work and alot of digging. He was very polite, and was so kind about his charges, understanding is an understatement. That was in 2007 and I've used him every sense.
Description of Work: My outside pipes got tree branches wrapped in them, backing everything in my house up. I could not get anyone on the weekend. Call Brian at Superior and he was over and fixing it for some time, I felt so bad him mixing out on a family function, but he was so polite.

Everything was done correctly, as fast a time as these things take. When he had to go get a special tool, he was back in no time. Brian was very friendly, great to explain in a way and older woman could understand, and was very nice and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Everything backed up, turned out tree roots in plumbing lines. Was the first time, another was for a hot water heater. Have used them for over 10 years.

We were so impressed with the quick response. This happened on a Sunday night. We called and left a message thinking we would not hear anything until Monday. The call was returned and he was at our home within the hour! Professional, friendly and their name matches their service! Superior!
