Description of Work: They arrived on time and did a complete home inspection and provided valuable information. We had found termite damage but did not know the extent of the damage. We took the most aggressive approach and elected for full-house termite treatment with a two-year guarantee. So far we are very pleased with both representatives that came to our home to diagnose and treat our termite problem. We will have them back soon to treat even more bugs... like those black widow spiders in the garage.

Description of Work: Knock down webs, spray around the entire house, treat for gophers. They call the day before service to remind you they are stopping by the next day. Easy to call back and reschedule. I asked for a certain day and time, and they show up! Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreRolando called ahead of time. On the first visit for annual service he explained several things and even sprayed inside the garage. Also cleaned up spider webs on the exterior. He was careful to explain that we had to be out for 24 hours if he sprayed indoors because of our 10 month old child. I'm glad he asked about it! Update: Rolando still calls the day before he arrives and we have had absolutely no issues with pests in the last year.
Description of Work: Annual pest control contract with focus on ants, roaches, and spiders.

 + -1 moreThey scheduled an appointment promptly that worked with my schedule. Showed up on time. Told me what the options were. Scheduled the treatment and came and did it. No muss, no fuss. Having termites slow down my remodel project was dissapointing, but the service getting them treated was not.
Description of Work: Termite inspection and diagnosis of type needing to be treated. Estimate of cost for treatment. Treatment for subteranian termites.
