The did excellent work. They put two (2) workers on the job and the owner periodically checked in...all the work was completed in a few hours. Throughout the process, they were friendly and professional.
Description of Work: We hired PE to perform a number of modest electrical upgrades in our home. This included the addition of several canned ceiling lights and replacement of 7 low voltage light fixtures to standard volt fixtures in our great room. In our kitchen, they re-positioned a pendant light over the island, and upgraded our under-cabinet lighting.

This "professional" electrician business was called to my fiancée?s house to fix a simple GFI plug. She thought they wanted an additional $125 on top of the $65 standard visit fee to fix the plug. She declined to have them proceed feeling the rate too high for the simple fix. The technician did not explain the visit fee was included in the installation fee. At first it was a simple misunderstanding on her part. Fair enough. But when she called the next day to clarify the issue, they (the technician) kept hanging up on her. The following business day, when she called to discuss the situation with what she believed to be the owner, he actually angrily said "F--- You!" to her over the phone. He actually yelled that to a woman! A prior and long time customer! This is the worst customer service we've EVER experienced. We will NEVER recommend them for anything nor would we trust the integrity of their work given this experience. Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!

This is un true and written by third party here say the customer declined repair and was going to fix them self and was unable to we declined to come back because customer was wanting service fee waived on second trip are service fee is only waived if repair is accepted at time we are on site also customer was very degrading to technician stating it was a easy fix and we charged to much etc in closing we would never curse at customer
