+ -1 moreI use him all the time. He is a good guy. We went with him when we decided to replace it, because he didn't try to have us replace it sooner than we needed it. He kept repairing it, until my husband made the decision to go ahead and replace it. He is great with repair, and is very reasonable. Reasonable for repairs, ext. Service is great. They are polite. They are just professional. We did a lot of price comparison. Prior to replacing the unit, he was expedient in coming to do repairs. The last couple of years overall a nice family.
