LOWE'S HOME IMPRVMT WRHSE

The first contractor that they used to install it was weak and did a poor job, however Lowe's followed up that same day (or the next) to confirm I was happy with installation. I explained that I was not and the installation sales manager from Lowe's drove to my house in the early evening to view the worked performed. He agreed with poor workmanship and immediately had another contractor scheduled to come out and start over and do a thoroughly complete and sound installation. The point here is that even though it only cost $59 to install and first contractor was not good, Lowe's to this very serious and did everything to ensure a happy customer. I do not blame them for using the first contractor because they were trying someone new because regular guy is so busy, but they did tell me that because of these issues that the contractor used initially would not be used again for others to prevent same problems. Job well done!

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH US. THEY GOT A TIME SET UP TO DO IT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE US.

THE DOOR THEY SOLD ME WAS JUNK. YOU HAD BETTER KNOW WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR IF YOU GO TO THEM BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF SOME OF THEIR DOORS ISN'T GOOD. I'D RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.
