+ -1 moreTHE HEATING ELEMENT WAS OUT AND THE GUY THEY SENT OVER WAS VERY HONEST, TELLING US RIGHT AWAY WHAT IS WAS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
