Description of Work: Just the estimate so far. They were very prompt at coming out to look at the damage to my uncles roof from a tree branch that fell, but they are too busy to do the work until mid December. The only gripe is that they took a 10% deposit and them contacted my uncle to pay for complete services when they did not do the work yet. He is a 90 year old WWII Vet. I am disappointed that they wanted money upfront and have such a long delay before taking care of his home.

+ 0 moreI initially contacted Frank on Friday, November 15th, and provided him with the information he needed. He called me Monday afternoon to arrange a time that same day to fix the problem. He was on time and was able to fix the problem very quickly and the cost was very reasonable in my mind.
Description of Work: Frank repaired a door stop on an interior door jamb.
