The male receptionist who answers the phone is very professional. The technician who comes to apply the gopher bait is very friendly and helpful. This application usually lasts for a few months. In addition, they offer a variety of services on their website - which would have been useful had I previously known about them - but have only telephoned to offer me a fungicide treatment for the lawn. Since I do not need this, it is not applicable. However, I will not be using them in the future based on the fact that the female manager speaks to me in a condescending manner, or - if she happens to pick up the phone - will place me "on hold" in order to have someone else talk with me.

Of recent date, I have been able to get a quick turnaround for an appointment to remove gophers. The technician works very hard, is pleasant, and very nice to talk with. I would rate the technician's service and professionalism at an A+! The gentleman who answers the phone and takes the messages is very courteous and professional also. He always takes an accurate message with regard to scheduling a visit. In summary, the work is performed well.
