You never know how much you use your kitchen sink until you can’t. I am so glad I called drain gurus, they were very professional, very nice and quickly fixed the problem. 10 out of 10 recommend. Would absolutely & will be calling again for any future problems.

They are amazing. Polite professional, ended redoing all the plumbing under both counters to where everything was brand new to match our new counters. They are our go to guys no matter what.

The repair was competently performed but the service was postponed without notice. I had to call and remind them of our appointment.

It was tough at first finding a day to do it but the job got done eventually; countertop tiling was an issue and though we hired a plumber, the job required a tile person as well. Jay found the help he needed and the sink and tiling look and function quite well with existing dishwasher and newly replaced disposal.

Good, he was professional and did his best to try and keep pricing down to include reducing his rate. However, he was supposed to come back and repair my faucet and did not. I do not remember the service date, I think it was early march, I do not remember what I paid I will have to call my bank.

Having a gas leak is scary but it lead to the the best experience I have had with a home repair in my 17 years of living in and owning a home in the valley. The repair person was responsive to my phone calls, listened to my concerns, and gave me a high and low estimate by phone. The high estimate was jarring but I was glad to have it upfront. He promised to work with me and I believed him because the cost of the his diagnostic was $450 dollars less than a local competitor I found through another source. He arrived when he said he would, performed a pressure test to ensure there was a leak, and checked each appliance for the source. The gas company stated the leak was in the walls when they turn off our gas. Turns out the leak was the central air, located on the roof (the gas company technician said he checked it but clearly he did not). But the plumber from Drain Guru went up there, found it, and completed the repair for $300.00 less than the other company's charge for diagnosing the problem. So glad I used Angie List and Drain Guru! I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

They were great! Showed up on time and very professional. And they were able to fix the issue for less than they had originally quoted me. Very honest, I would have just replaced the entire garbage disposal had they not told me after inspection it was fixable and didn't need replaced. I will definitely use them again in the future!

It wasn’t an easy fix but they handled it very professionally and fairly. They had to saw thru the wall to get the fixtures off but got it done, cleaned up their mess and I have new fixtures that don’t leak. They came back the next day to replace broken & rusted pipes under the house that roots had grown into. They were very kind, personable, responsible, fair and did great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our old plumber retired and recommend Jay to us.I have used Drain Guru for a few issues with my old house. Had a slow draining issue when we first moved in he cleared it no problem. A few months later it happened again and he stood by his guarantee coming out in resolving the issue again that day. This led him to discover that we had a bigger issue that was causing the draining problem. He got the permits and had the large job completed by the next afternoon. He made calls to the city on our behalf to get them working on their part of line that was causing part of our problem since they were ignoring me. He really went above and beyond. He even took time to explain his tools to my younger son who was busy watching him. *Replaced lawn nicely couldn't tell I had a 5ft section dug up.

The company came out looked at the issue and were able to fix the problem. The man who worked on the sprinkler was nice and polite, once the job was finished he explained what he had done. Would use again.
