Apparently they don't need work. They are unresponsive to customer requests to pick up and service equipment.
Description of Work: Bad customer service. They are non-responsive to inquiries. I have several mowers and yard items that need work. I contacted the company - they suggested another dealer in my area. I told them I didn't care for the local dealers work and was trying to find a reputiable mechanic. Did they want the business? I never heard back. Not even a no thank you with regard to the work. Extreemly poor customer service.

ESO is a company run by one person, that would be me. The reason I might seem not eager to grab the work in this situation is that I do not want to take business away from the local repair center in Vacaville, they are friends of mine. I was for many years a territory manager selling parts to northern CA. repair centers, retired but I still do business with many of them. My approach outside of Napa & Sonoma is to find out if the the local dealer is known, but if they are known and not preferred I have no problem taking on the job. I do very little advertising intentionally so as not to get overwhelmed which would lower the quality of my work, most of my new clients are referrals from my regular customers based mostly in Napa and Sonoma that enjoy my friendly, convenient and competent work. I do accept newcomers into my exclusive service network and will be glad to answer any questions. Jim

I had searched high and low for a repair shop who could come to my home and repair the broken cord but no one would do this. I finally found ESO and who picks up and delivers lawnmower equipment in the Napa and Sonoma areas. They picked up my mower, repaired the broken cord, went above and beyond by sharpening the blades, and returned it to my home a week later in like new condition. Jim also gave me some tips for starting it and setting the mowing level. He could not not have been more helpful or professional.
Description of Work: I had a broken lawnmower and no way to deliver it to a repair shop. ESO picked up my mower, repaired it, and returned it a week later.
