+ -1 moreIt did not work before they were there and it works perfectly after they were there. They showed up the same day as the call and arrived when they said they would. They were clean and neat in their work. I thought it was a bit pricey but perhaps that was for the parts. It runs like new now and it is a 15 year old machine. We will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreAfter the vendor and myself rescheduling a couple of times, the nice tech came out, inspected my 15 month old Frigidaire refrigerator and informed me the ice maker had gone out. He recommended that I needed to go through the manufacturer to have it replaced and they should cover it since there was a recall for similar Electrolux models. I appreciated the honesty and direction.
Description of Work: inspection for service to ice maker and fluctuating temperature in freezer.
