Ken M. Allen Painting

Ken M. Allen Painting said he was going to send me an email to say what he was going to do, but then when I got the email from him he didn't say exactly what he was going to do. So, I'm going to email him back to let him know that he has to give me a report on what he is going to do exactly. We talked about it in the front, but I don't want anyone coming back and saying they didn't say they were going to do that. I like to get stuff in writing. We did talk about it, but I want to make sure I'm on the right page so when it's done I'm going to expect it. He is really nice. I like what he told me, what he was going to do, but I want to make sure that comes with everything, material and all. That's something we didn't classify, I think we have the paint in there and I think he said don't worry we'll get some more paint, but I'm not sure of any of that, that's why I want everything on email. The email just said hi Carmen, it was nice talking with you, he didn't put what he was going to be doing, maybe he forgot. So, I looked again, maybe he did that to say hello and then on another email he was going to put another part, but haven't gotten anything yet. I liked him though, and I am planning on using him for the job.

Ken painted my house exactly as requested. He charged me exactly what he quoted before starting the job. The quality of work was excellent and Ken completed the job within the timeframe quoted. The only surprises were good ones - my house really looks beautiful now. Ken kept me informed of all aspects of the job and conferred with me on all decisions. The paint he provided was excellent quality and the colors were perfect. I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I would use his services again. I would certainly recommend and refer him to others.
