He did a great job and was reasonably and fairly priced for a completed high quality job! He told me about other options available and worked with me to make sure we stayed within budget without sacrificing necessary items for the unit.

Service call went as planned. Sean was punctual and brought everything with him needed to complete the repair.

I called TLC and left a voice mail on a Friday afternoon. I got a call back right away and booked for Monday morning. I received a phone call on Sunday night rescheduling to Tuesday morning-no problem. Tuesday morning Sean showed up, introduced himself and got right to work. About a half hour or so later, I affirmed with Sean that he was working up an estimate before actually doing any work on the unit. He explained to me that he was still diagnosing the problem and hoped to have an answer soon. When he figured out the problem, he approached me with an estimate of $300.00 - $200 for the part and $100 for labor. He also told me he would have to order the part and delivery could be the next day or a week from now - HONESTY, how refreshing! The part showed up the next day, he called and said he would go pick up the part and be out to install within the hour. And he actually did exactly what he said he was gonna do - showed up, installed the part and made sure it was working - INTEGRITY, how refreshing! Sean was Knowledgeable, Professional and Courteous - He did not charge a "show-up" fee - and that's a real plus in my book - tells me that he is not afraid to put his skills to the test. Air conditioner at my mom's house in Apple Valley quit working. I live in Atlanta so I called Angies List for a referral and then called Sean at TLC and he called me back within a half hour. He finished up with a job he was at and came right over. He explained everything to my mom (80 yrs) so she understood what he had found and need to be fixed. He was very knowledgeble and seemed trustworthy. The AC had gone out the day before and my mom had called someone else who had performed work on the a/c in the past but he never returned her call (4th of July). Any future work will be done by TLC.

had a promblem with my air conditioner had several diffrent companys come out to give me an estimate.i was thinking that i was being over charged looked on angies list found t l c .he came out with in the hour and not only fixed the promblem but saved me money on the repair considering the other estimates i recived would like to thank sean for the great price and work done well
